Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I found and purchased a white 2008 Lexus IS250 at La Puente Motors. I appreciated that there were no pushy salespeople and the car buying experience was rather easy. However, after leaving the lot, I immediately got nervous when, on the way home, a car tire pressure light came on. Then, when I got home and discovered that the navigation system touch screen didn’t work. Since the car was purchased with an “as-is” warranty, I felt cheated and thought I would have to live with the consequences. But I decided to contact La Puente anyway to complain. To my surprise they agreed to work with me and repair the navigation system screen at no charge. I was really impressed with the good customer service and effort to go the extra mile for a customer. I’m loving my new vehicle.

She did everything she can to help us get the best deal on our 2019 Suburban. When I found out a week later that the vehicle was missing a couple of parts that was supposed to be included in the vehicle, I contacted Rachel and let her know the issue and she help us resolve the problem. I got my C5 Z06 from MDK international. I couldn't believe my eyes when I found a 1K mile Corvette Z06. A 15 years old "brand new" vette and the price was very competitive. Purchased the car with 2 day return policy and had it checked by my Chevy dealer. The guys at Chevy said "this is the cleanest older corvette they've ever seen". Result!
About 18 months ago I purchased a 2016 Z-51 with just over 8,000 miles. I was ecstatic because the car had never been registered, making me the original owner. The first time I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership for an oil change however, all sorts of red flags popped up, indicating that not much of the usually-outstanding GM warranty applies to my car. It had been used at a high performance vehicle instruction driving school so most of the warranty had been wiped out. This doesn't really matter....except if you ever want to sell the vehicle. All Vette buyers these days check CAR FAX and warranties against the VIN and its been my experience that none will TOUCH these training track vehicles. I now have 15,000 miles on her and all has performed FANTASTICALLY!!!
Purchased my 2016 Corvette a few months ago. It was the easiest friendliest experience I have ever had. From the owner who came out to greet me to John my sales person who worked with me. A few months later I experienced a weird electrical bug with the vette and I took it back to them. They 110% took care of me. My next vette will be from them for sure!!
Had a great experience buying a “new” used car here. Victor was the best ! Wasn’t pushy at all , had everything ready for me when I arrived and was able to get me a great deal on my Jeep. I will be reccomeding him to other peolple as it was the best experience car shopping I have had. The finance office was equally as nice and helpful. Painless, quick and easy process all the way around . When I am ready to re purchase I will definitely be going there first!
i purchase a 07 lexus es 350 very happy with my car. they treat me great and anwer all my question and concerns. i just received my pink slip they said 3 to 6 weeks and i received it in only 3 half weeks. i would recommend more people to come.....

I had a great experience while purchasing a used car for my elderly parents. My great experience started when I first called the dealer to inquire about their inventory. I spoke to a gentleman named Ashot, gave him my budget, told him the car is for my elderly parents and that was all. He gave me few options, the car was detailed, went and looked at it, dropped few hundreds from the price and we were out with the car. Never once I felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process. I will definitely return as a customer and or refer my friends and families.
