I drove an hour to buy my car here and it was worth it! The customer service was outstanding! I got a very good deal on the price of the car too. James went above and beyond. He took care of everything so it was fast and easy. I was in and out in no time. You definitely have to check TSJ out!!!
I saw a used car online and called and spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of Mark Slattery. He was so helpful with all my questions I asked and I went down that night and purchased the car and he was so very friendly and helpful just like on the phone. He also has followed up after the sale to see if everything was ok. Definitely would purchase another car from him.
From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I proudly rang that bell on the way out the door and was proud to have my pic taken with Frank with my cool new ride! Thanks Frank. I'll be sending anyone who asks for a recommendation to you.
I have to say it is one thing to expect good customer service, but to actually receive it from start to finish when doing anything in 2018 is extremely rare to come across anymore. After entering the dealership I headed towards the customer service desk and looked over and met an associate named Fabian, after greeted with a smile and a how can I assist you, I shortly realized that he was not a sales person, but he immediately set myself up with Robert (Rob) to be assisted. I sat down, told Rob exactly what I was looking for and he complelty came through without hesitation. He set my trade-in up immediately with the previously owned manager to be able to give me a fare trade in on my current car. Rob had no issues with me wanting to look at multiple different cars. I was not rushed in anyway and was treated with the upmost respect. When I realized that my husband could not be there in time to sign the final papers on my new discovery that day (as we had family coming in and I needed a bigger vehicle right away) without hesitation Rob immediately offered to have the car delivered to my home that evening by himself personally and would bring all the paperwork with so we would have our new SUV that day. If that doesn't scream above and beyond excellent customer service I dont know what does. A huge thank you to Rob for his outstanding work and every single associate that I came into contact with. Even the associate that worked in the service department that was going to get the SUV cleaned and gassed was extremely polite . Thanks again Monmouth Landrover Dealership

Had an appt for an oil change at 8am today but had a drs appt at 910am. I went at 730 when they opened, explained my Drs appt, and Mike the service advisor said no problem and I was out faster. This is not something that prolly could be done all the time, but I appreciated his effort. Payment process went quickly too.
World class automobiles put me in a great car. I???ve always wanted a Range Rover and I???ve finally gotten one. World class made the whole experience painless. In particular, Bobby, made the duaghting finance process a breeze. He broke everything down very clearly and made me feel very comfortable. He really has a nice touch with the customer and knows how to please a client. I will certainly be coming back and referring friends and family to Bobby and world class.
It was well worth the drive from Northeastern Pennsylvania for a great deal on a Mercedes GLA 250. The car was everything as advertised. Saeed was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a used car.
