Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I was lucky to find Arizona Specialty Motor on Cars.com when I was looking for my next car. I wasn't in a hurry to trade up and more wanted a special treat for myself. I took my time and looked at dozens of listings for several months. I emailed a few dealers and outreached ASM. I received a personalized response (not a template email) with a cell phone number encouraging me to text if I was interested in a test drive. I sent a text and received a quick response. All of my questions were answered and solutions were offered (installing a back-up camera) in my desired vehicle, which no other dealer had even mentioned was an option. I stopped by after work and was greeted immediately. The car was cleaned and ready for my test drive. Chad and Drew were so friendly, so relaxed and simply talked to me like a person- not a sale. We chatted about fantasy football while watching MNF. They worked with me on a fair trade amount and I had a new car in 2 1/2 hours with my EXACT desired monthly payment; no haggling and tons of laughter. I really can't believe we accomplished so much before dinner. I would highly encourage anyone to bring their business to them. So happy with my purchase!
I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.
One of the best car buying experiences I've had was at Luxury Motorsports. Kenny, (who by the way has beautiful hair) shopped the best rate for me and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
I love my new (used) car and will definitely shop here again for future cars for myself and my family.
I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. The finance went by pretty fast and I was out of there with my new Durango. I would definitely buy there again and refer anyone looking for a new vehicle
After many hour searching the internet for the right vehicle to fit our needs, we finally found the one listed at Casio Motors. From my first phone contact with Joey Casio (who by the way is over 900+ miles from my location in Florida) thur the paperwork and delivery of our vehicle was seamless. Joey made the entire vehicle buying process very pleasant. When our GMC Yukon XL arrived we were very excited and pleased to see it was exactly as the pictures on the Casio Motors web site as this was the first time we actually got to touch it.

Was looking for a nice used Range Rover Sport. Luxury Auto had the perfect choice (I was looking for a very specific color combo). Not only was there no pressure to buy, when I asked about the condition of the brakes on this vehicle they had their mechanic re-inspect and install new rotors and pads! I will go out of my way to find a reason to buy from this dealer next time. When they move to their new location (late 2017...early 2018??) they should have a facility that truly matches the high level buying experience I had. Very pleased with my experience!!

It is with great pleasure that I provide this note of appreciation for Justice L. Rovin, Manager at Plaza Motor dealership in Tempe. My contact and interaction with Justice goes back to 2 years ago when I bought from him my Mercedes CLS 550 on August 22, 2016. Because of Justice, I returned back last week to buy another car; a Mercedes S63 on September 15, 2018. Justice L. Rovin is not a typical salesman (of course an excellent salesman in the technical definition), but a dedicated professional and above all a civilized human being. Every time we interacted with Justice, he has exhibited a genuine interest to help and advise and to make our buying experience as agreeable as possible. I am delighted to have met Justice, a superb gentleman and grateful for him for the way to he dealt with us on both occasions. My twin sons Niels and Dieter and I, really appreciate and value Justice L. Rovin demeanor and attitude in dealing with us every time we visited his dealership. I am determined to come back to ask Justice's help and advice when my twins sons are ready to upgrade their cars.
I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my Mercedes. Jana was super easy to work with and talk to and without any pressure whatsoever. Simply a joy to work with in fact I was going to go to another dealership when I didn???t initially find what I was working for, but I decided to stay and I found something that I liked because I enjoyed working with Jana. Travis in finance was professional and friendly and knows his craft.

We were looking for another GMC Terrain, salesman took his time to show us those colors and interiors available. 2019 GMC Terrain Denali caught our eye. Test drive and it was a done deal, fabulous!
