Overall the vehicle is solid. It drives very fluidly and has great maneuverability. Trunk space is pretty big. Plenty of space in the backseat. The Cruze isn’t overwhelmed with buttons like some models are. I do think they could improve the layout on the radio/airflow buttons
Marcos, did an exceptional job taking care of me. When I dropped my car off, he explained everything the service consisted of and when I came back to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to the car (there was a recall that was done also (he called me to inform me of the work prior to doing it)), just to make sure I was happy and understood everything. I live in Evans, Ga and I take the extra trip to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet in Augusta, Ga, because of people like Marcos.
SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. MY VAN WAS RETURNED TO ME CLEANER THAN WHEN IT CAME IN. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TAKE ME TO WORK AND THEN PICK ME UP AT WORK WHEN THE SERVICE WAS DONE.

I love my Chevy cruze It's great on gas. It is reliable on the road and very roomy for trips. Me and my wife truly enjoy it. It's our vacation car.
Although I live in Maryland I was enticed to visit Harrisburg???s Faulkner to check a well-priced vehicle. With no hassle and willingness to an additional discount from the dealer I ended up buying the car. Needless to say, it was one of the most easy car purchases my wife and I ever made. No surprises and no pressure. Even though we arrived around the closing time, the staff (Jason, the salesman, and Dallas (?) the finance person with his trainer) made us feel very comfortable during the entire time. A day later, we contacted the dealership regarding an additional issue and found the Faulkner being very responsive.
Ladies! And Gents! You can't go wrong if you look to purchase a vehicle at Greenwood Chevrolet. My salesman, Andre, did a fantastic job of assisting me with my "dream truck" purchase. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Their finance department got my loan approved and it was a very smooth process all around. The staff at suburban are all professionals. Jeffrey cawood manager is truly a asset to the team there. My salesman dean is the best. He works with you to get into a car that fits your needs. From the phone operator kay, to all the staff in service they make your trip there a soothing experience. Once again thank you all.

Many mechanical, fit and finish issues, fights with GM Canada and had all issues repaired over the space of 2 years while still under warranty.
Car was bad off the factory floor but since then the Cruze has been a very good compact car.
When it's running well it's a good vehicle but it can also be a headache.
Dreaded the process of buying used car. From the sales to service department they made it very easy. Service fixed everything that needed to be done
Would recommend mini of Peobody.

The one problem I'm having with the car is,there is 1 bang I hear at take off every day. The mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. I'm taking the car back and leaving it overnight. It only happens when the car is cooled down.
Pam & I purchased a beautiful convertible the same day we looked at it. Was also at an affordable price for any buyer and a quality car. Many thanks to Perry and Terry for an enjoyable purchasing experience with sincere interest in my wife and I and the process - made it quick, easy, and uncomplicated. Perry far exceeded our expectations. Thoroughly enjoy the car and Compton will be our 1st stop for any future car needs.
We had a lot of different needs with the purchase of our car and the trade in of another vehicle and they worked with us from start to finish to get it just right. I bought this Chevy Cruze in 2015 it is a 2014 and it had 22000 miles on it. I had it for 1 year and engine light came on 25000 miles, Mass Air Flow Sensor needed to be replaced, lucky was still under warranty. Know no warranty and I have a little over 34000 miles and engine light came on, again Mass Air Flow Sensor. Called 800 number for Chevy GM got the run around. Know my car won't even start stuck in my drive way. Bull $!++ that they won't help after all it is there product that they put out, all over the place. When the engine light came on the first time that should have been a sign, but I didn't pay attention. I am really disappointed in this Chevy Cruze and the whole Chevrolet Company.

She was super friendly, mixing her personal rapport and social skills with her thorough knowledge of the car buying process. I cannot be effusive enough in praise of Emmy and Katie, and their ability to combine superb professional skills with an ability to listen to the needs of their customer. Five star experience!
