The one problem I'm having with the car is,there is 1 bang I hear at take off every day. The mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. I'm taking the car back and leaving it overnight. It only happens when the car is cooled down.

Overall the vehicle is solid. It drives very fluidly and has great maneuverability. Trunk space is pretty big. Plenty of space in the backseat. The Cruze isn’t overwhelmed with buttons like some models are. I do think they could improve the layout on the radio/airflow buttons
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.

I'm glad that I decided to go back to driving a Diesel. Chevy has done it right this time around. I would buy another one.

Many mechanical, fit and finish issues, fights with GM Canada and had all issues repaired over the space of 2 years while still under warranty.
Car was bad off the factory floor but since then the Cruze has been a very good compact car.
When it's running well it's a good vehicle but it can also be a headache.
Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
I can't think of anything I dislike about my car

Great gas mileage, handles well, rides smooth, great interior and plenty of leg and trunk space. Seats are leather and heated which is nice in the winter
good car, fair price, easy transaction. Ryan was available to work around my schedule as needed. All around, a good experience and I would recommend this dealership.

I bought this Chevy Cruze in 2015 it is a 2014 and it had 22000 miles on it. I had it for 1 year and engine light came on 25000 miles, Mass Air Flow Sensor needed to be replaced, lucky was still under warranty. Know no warranty and I have a little over 34000 miles and engine light came on, again Mass Air Flow Sensor. Called 800 number for Chevy GM got the run around. Know my car won't even start stuck in my drive way. Bull $!++ that they won't help after all it is there product that they put out, all over the place. When the engine light came on the first time that should have been a sign, but I didn't pay attention. I am really disappointed in this Chevy Cruze and the whole Chevrolet Company.
My wife wanted the one car that doesn't book out well and this dealership so happen to be thousands of dollar under kbb. I worked with Ashley in where we had lots in common, and she was very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure if I'd get approved on it but she made it happen...Nothing wrong with the car, checked the carfax, did my point inspections, check fluids, check ball joints; been driving it for several weeks and still running great.. looks like it was in great conditions.. managed to get my payment right where I wanted it with gap and warranty.

Comfortable and has great gas mileage. Sure beats spending 50-60 dollars a week in gas. Drives great and seems to handle well. Love it so far.
Hunter Wood was our Sales Advisor. His knowledge about the 2016 Elantra proved very helpful. While on the test drive he was very patient with all our questions and had the answers we needed. Going through the purchasing process he stayed with us all the way. Everyone at Larry Miller Hyundia Peoria are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with them. We recommend them to anyone.

I love my Chevy cruze It's great on gas. It is reliable on the road and very roomy for trips. Me and my wife truly enjoy it. It's our vacation car.
The most patient salesman, Ricardo Glean, that an interested car buyer could possibly encounter. He then showed me and allowed me to drive every car on the lot I found in my price range and above. Finally, I came back to the first one he showed me that he thought then would be perfect for me. I bought it and love my car. Thank you, Ricardo
Cactus Jacks was a great buying experience. Our credit was not great due to a job loss and medical bills. We went to several places from big dealers to little shops and every where in between.
