I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.

Overall the vehicle is solid. It drives very fluidly and has great maneuverability. Trunk space is pretty big. Plenty of space in the backseat. The Cruze isn’t overwhelmed with buttons like some models are. I do think they could improve the layout on the radio/airflow buttons
The dealership is clean and inviting!! Nice very friendly staff!! My salesman, Anthony Jones, was knowledgeable and very helpful, throughout the entire process. I would recommend asking for him.

The one problem I'm having with the car is,there is 1 bang I hear at take off every day. The mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. I'm taking the car back and leaving it overnight. It only happens when the car is cooled down.
Bought a great Hyundai from KDK. This place does it right. If you have an issue here they will help you. Ive watched KDK bend over backwards to help people. They do a great job too. Ask for John C if you need help. He does a great job! KDK sells great cars and trucks. Go give them a look.

After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. I bought this Chevy Cruze in 2015 it is a 2014 and it had 22000 miles on it. I had it for 1 year and engine light came on 25000 miles, Mass Air Flow Sensor needed to be replaced, lucky was still under warranty. Know no warranty and I have a little over 34000 miles and engine light came on, again Mass Air Flow Sensor. Called 800 number for Chevy GM got the run around. Know my car won't even start stuck in my drive way. Bull $!++ that they won't help after all it is there product that they put out, all over the place. When the engine light came on the first time that should have been a sign, but I didn't pay attention. I am really disappointed in this Chevy Cruze and the whole Chevrolet Company.
This was not my first experience at a car dealership and I can confidently say, without a doubt, this was m best experience ever. The sales representative I was with was exceptionally helpful and kind as I was shown around the lot. The test drive was nice and the route they have gives you a nice variety of environments to test the vehicle out on. Payment was a breeze and by the time I left I felt as though I knew everyone there. Best lot out on the automile!

Many mechanical, fit and finish issues, fights with GM Canada and had all issues repaired over the space of 2 years while still under warranty.
Car was bad off the factory floor but since then the Cruze has been a very good compact car.
When it's running well it's a good vehicle but it can also be a headache.
I've spent the last month looking for my daughter's first vehicle. We found it today at X9 Motors. It was the kind of buying experience we had hoped for.
I'm confident that we got a good vehicle at a fair price. I especially liked the "out the door price" (which included all tax, document, tag, title, and warranty fees).I knew the bottom line cost upfront, since it was included in the ad for the vehicle.
Mike was a great salesman; friendly, honest and not high pressure.

Comfortable and has great gas mileage. Sure beats spending 50-60 dollars a week in gas. Drives great and seems to handle well. Love it so far.

They have always been a great dealership for me and not far from my house. I first went there to have my sons car fixed and while I waited I walked around the lot. The truck sales guy came out and talked to me. He was very nice and did not try to push anything on me. He gave me his card and told me to call him when I was ready to get a new one. most other dealerships I have been to try to sell you something even if you do not want it!! I called him 3 days later and told him what I wanted. It was at the dealership the next day!! Now I just purchased my 3rd vehicle there. I had to order it and I got it in 6 weeks. Only bad thing is now my sells person works for a different dealer. But the new guy stayed on top of things and I got my truck. My wife was impressed by how nice everyone there was and how they even came up and shook my hand and told me how nice my truck is. It was a joint effort of them to make sure I got what I wanted. And they were professional's while doing it and also having fun. Even the service people are awesome and my service advisor knows my name when I pull in. They all make you feel important.
I went in thinking I wouldn't be leasing again that day. I had two more months on my lease and I was in no hurry to turn it in. When Jacob showed me the amazing new features on the Equinox I was impressed. I still wan't going to switch because a ton of great features means raising my monthly payment. I told him I didn't want my payment increased, so he didn't. They gave me zero hassle turning in my lease early, and driving away with a better car.....with so many great features. I really love this car!!
