My wife and I have bought 2 pre- owned vehicles from Joe Firment in the last 6 months. Brittany was our salesperson on both and did everything she could to get us in the vehicle we wanted with the terms we wanted when the other dealerships said they couldn't. I had a great experience with Firment Chevrolet. I called about the particular vehicle I was interested in at 8:30 before dealer hours. I pressed 1 and was directed to Matts ( Internet sales manager) cell phone. Matt was willing to help before the dealer even opened. Most dealers would just let the phone ring. The car I was looking at was actually being driven by the owner of the dealership and he stated would be available possibly after a month. I happened to get a call later that day stating that the owner was willing to sell the car because I expressed a sincere interest in purchasing it. Matt gave me a price over the phone and also my trade in number. I told Matt that I didn't want to drive 4 hours to get there to find out that the car was in bad shape. He called the next morning and also sent pictures. Now I've had dealers tell me in the past that the cars are spotless, then you drive to look at the car at its a disaster. I'd hate to see what a bad car looked like! Matt said that I would be very impressed with the condition of the car. I took his word for it and loaded the family up for a four hour drive. We got to the dealership and the car was ready for review and a test drive. For a 8 year old used car it was in great shape. Matt was spot on with his description. Now is it spotless, no, but it's 8 years old I knew there would be some wear. We discussed numbers. Now this will astonish people. The trade in numbers Matt gave over the phone were less than they gave me after seeing the car and working to achieve a sale. Most dealers tell you a number just to get you out there and then change it by 1000+ less. We closed the sale with the help of Bill in finance. Also a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
I bought a new truck at another dealer in stow and that day the truck had issue and broke down. That dealer did nothing to help. So Serpentine Chevy went the extra mile to fix my brand new truck that day and fast. They will have my business for life. Thank you to all the hard working people who work there!
Sales Manager Joe Scarl is incredible! My brother-in-law got a great deal on decked-out Silverado: he was proud of the truck and ecstatic with the deal. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly passed away a short time later, leaving my sister with truck (and a monthly payment) that she didn't need. I explained the situation to Joe and he fully refunded the deal even though my brother-in-law had driven the vehicle for a week, offered to come to pick up the vehicle and even bought my brother-in-law's old truck! This 5 star customer service is very rare in any business and exceptionally rare in the car sales business. I highly recommend working with Joe and Serpentini-Strongsville if you are looking for a new vehicle!
We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. The process was smooth and everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to others.

I was in the market for a "new" used car for myself. I came across Tony's Auto World online. I gave them a visit and I was no disappointed. They made buying a car so easy and convenient. When I came in Joe Zekenovic greeted me. He asked me he could help me. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. Joe was very knowledgeable on the various vehicles I was interested in. We took a test drive on one of them. Afterwards he took me on a tour of the dealership. We then sat down and went over the lease options. We agreed on one of them. Joe was very professional during the whole process. Great to be back with Tim Lally. My mom was a GM retiree by the way.
Diana Tait was exceptional in helping my business purchase 2 Chevy Express 3500 Cutaways on short notice. Diana was very knowledgeable and was able to save me more even after the sale. Would recommend any Fedex contractor or any commercial truck buyer to work with Diana and Sunnyside.
