Alex Padilla always does a great job servicing my vehicle. He is attentive to the work that needs to be done and always takes the time to explain how much any service work I need will cost. That is why I have been coming back to the dealership since 2011. I always have a good experience.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
I am very unhappy with the salesman we bought our car from. In the sales process, he promised he would get an owner's manual for our car. We followed up multiple times with him via email & telephone calls. He never returned a single call nor responded to email. When we were able to reach him by phone, he promised to call back but never did. We have had the car for three months now and still no owner's manual. Very disappointed.
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

I had a problem with the Service on my last visit. I waited until the following Monday then call Rick Gonzales, my Service Rep, who had been off on the fore meantioned visit. He was able to get me in on the following day and take care of the problem..
They are very friendly, professional, honest and very helpful . The customer service was great. I will never forget this experience. I will be back again in the future to purchase another vehicle from them .
Heard about this dealer from a customer. I got some credit issues and they were able to work with me, unlike the Big Boys who will turn you away. They are understanding and they are family-owned. Gotta check them out!
My car had several problems already so it was time to take it in. Once I received my car back it felt like a brand new car and they even washed it!
