You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!

As a young 20 year old who commutes every day to work and school I can say this car does it’s job and does it well. Great on gas, comfortable, compact, and large trunk space for those long days of shopping. I would definitely recommend the 2016 Chevy Cruze LT to a first time car buyer looking for something that doesn’t pack TOO much punch; but just enough to get you to where you need to go in a timely manner.
The staff is very friendly . To be my first experience buying a car I am very sastisfied with the services I had received from Nissan Downtown.

This cat cannot handle a canadian winter what so ever...almost everything in the interior broke from the cold. We were very disappointed in this car for many different reasons. After owning it for over 1 year I just want to get rid of it. I've never had such a horrible veichle! I would trade it in immediately if everything on it wasn't broken already.
If you guys are looking for a new/used vehicle, come by and see Rachel Ishii. Very good, friendly and hard working salesperson. She did everything she can to help us get the best deal on our 2019 Suburban. When I found out a week later that the vehicle was missing a couple of parts that was supposed to be included in the vehicle, I contacted Rachel and let her know the issue and she help us resolve the problem. Like the infotainment, low consumption, and superb acceleration. The car has all the features it should have in the category. The drive is fun, Google Auto rocks. Automatic features make it comfy to drive.
I strongly recommend this auto dealership! The staff were absolutely amazing, they were always ready to help and attentive as well. I came to Hawthorne Auto Square together with my husband for our first car purchase and we really love how they provided us the customer service we needed. Their price were cheaper that most dealers I ever been to and the salesman weren't pushy at all. I'm very satisfied with the car we purchased and we really love it! Went from a Chevy spark, which I loved, to the cruze and I love it even more! It does feel huge, compared to my little spark, but I got the hang of it quick! Interior is really nice and fancy, I’ve never owned anything this nice! So far really happy.
I reached out after hearing the commercials, asked the right questions, went in with copies of all the required documents and or had them scanned in my drive to email, went in, picked a car and was out within a hour and a half. Carlos the sales guys, he was great. The internet guy, delayed in responding for a day or two, Carlos made up for that. Ricky was great and had us in and out. Left with a practically new car. No complaints here. No central AC with is probably why things were rushed and Mike doesn't have great customer service skills...but again, over good experience.

I havent had the car for long. I chose Chevy based on experiences of friends and family. They all had good things to say about the make. I notiec the difference in the feel of driving it but its not bad. Im enjoying it so far.
Service manager Shania is always informative, polite, and professional. Service is always completed as promised.
