I am very surprised going to this small building. I drove up and got to work with Ross immediately and I was very pleased with his service from the first moment I met him and he went beyond what the last two months have offered me of constant car searching with disappointment followed by disappointment. He was so nice to work with and a real concerned gentleman, someone you would rather call a friend than a salesman. Ruth was a lot of personality and gave it to me straight as I was over extending myself it appears and worked with me on a deal. I have not yet closed the deal because I am in decisive but overall I am happy with what was offered from Ross and crew. I recommend this dealership and it is a great environment where I had no pressure.
Found a 2010 Accord in almost perfect condition - Bruce Elliott made sure the car was safe for our new college student and put an extra polish on the outside - that car still sparkles. When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet,called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.
Though we had to travel all over to find that best car at the best dealership. Found a gem less than a mile away. Best value convertible of all the premium cars was at Sims. Bought a Cascada and get compliments on its style usually every time we we go out,..For real. We couldn't take delivery because new concrete was just poured. They kept it for three weeks mostly in the showroom even though it possed serious sales issues. Would recommend Sims in a heartbeat. Oh by he way...,the 19 seconds to open or close the top is awesome ¿¿¿
