Took in our 2016 traverse in for a check engine light on Monday. Stopped in to see our salesman Brock... as I always do. Talked to me about a special going on for leasing. Next thing you know That Friday we drove away in a 2018 Colorado... Brock is always very nice and professional with a great personality. He always goes the extra mile for us. I had a good experience at Northstar Chevrolet. I went in for an oil change, and a rubbing noise. They could not find the rubbing rubbing noise so the manager and the mechanic went with me for a test drive which then I did not hear the rubbing noise anymore so what they were doing must have fixed it.
Great Service and very quick. Also, provided the shuttle for me to go to work. When the work was finished, they did not hesitate to pick me back up and bring me back to the dealership. No Hassle at all! Highly satisfied.
