This is my first service experience with Mini of The Woodland for changing the break fluid and routin maintenance. To me, a two-hour wait for a routin maintenance is TOO LONG. Is it a standard practice?
Facility is clean and comfortable, but coffee machine is out of the order & snack bar is missing. I have been to other Mini dealerships, and I believe the one in The Woodland can use some improvement on their hospitality.
The unity of the managers and staff is excellent I needed extra help with my car and Richard and David the managers explained in detail what needed to be done. Joan in the Service Dept. did an excellent job in getting my car repaired. Thank you Thank you. Thank you. Mamastrong
I recently purchased a 2018 Diesel Chevrolet Equinox from Parkway Chevrolet. My salesman, Brandon Sinegal, was excellent in providing me all the information I needed to make the process go smoothly and be a pleasurable experience. The professionalism of this dealership from start to finish was awesome.
Overall service was great. However your loaner car policies need to be reevaluated. They are so not customer friendly, sufficient, or convenient. I struggle to understand how I can notify you 24 hours in advance if my car breaks down umexpectantly.
I had been needing to upgrade my 2014 double cab Silverado to a crew cab so my kids car seats could fit better, and Francisco made it happen with ease! This is my second purchase from Munday Chevrolet and it will definitely not be my last! My salesman Francisco was great and showed that he was there to help me get the best deal possible. Rodrick and Dennis were both salesman that we're knowledgeable and up to speed on the inventory that was available to match the needs that I needed. Both of them worked with me today for 9 hours at the dealership. I came in looking to make a deal on a used vehicle and walked away with a brand new 2018 Chevy Silverado Texas edition. After hours of haggling I feel like I walked away with a fair deal thank you again Munday Chevrolet for my fifth new vehicle purchase.

Came in to get an oil change and I couldn’t figure out where the services department was but Fidel barrientos came and helped me find it he was very nice and respectful. The oil change was very fast and efficient.
I was welcomed with a sincere friendly smile by Dillon. He was genuinely friendly and helpful. He explained the service provided and suggested additional service needed. He also gave me a timeframe in which the service would be completed. I inquired about complimentary beverages. He explained that coffee was available and he could have a fresh pot made if asked. He thanked me for my time and invited me back again. I was very pleased with the service experience and Dillon was Awesome 👏🏾 ??

Just purchased a new 2019 camry two days ago. I negotiated my price via email. My sales person Joe Myers went out of his way to make the deal happen on my terms. I do have a LEXUS and Mercedes Benz but at Toyota dealership, I got the same treatment as the feeling as Premium dealerships. I was truly shocked at how smooth my purchase went. I got the EXACT car with the EXACT price I had in mind. I am very happy with my purchase and in the future will always buy from Joe Myers. I did call Larger Toyota Dealership near my house and they said they cannot match the price.
