Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!

I spoke with Dakota after calling to get a car. He was immediately friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my visit as stress free as possible! I do not feel like they took advantage of me and the sale price was fair for the new vehicle I purchased. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and she kept my 3 year old busy so I could focus on my paperwork. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Dakota!
Dakota is a great salesman that knows what he???s doing, he???s always a phone call away if needed. Would highly recommend him, managers are very helpful and will do whatever they can to get you in a car you love.
Every time I go there it takes more time than it needs to. Next time I need to take my pillow and blanket. Oil change one hour and forty five min. People walking around not doing anything and you ask a question and they have to finish their drink first. I have been there 4 times and I always hope it gets better. I will try to find somewhere else next time. I have had surgeries that took less time.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
I bought a Lexus RX400h from this dealer and they was very professional, helpful and nice especially John Kelty. They made it worth my 2 hours drive to buy the car.
