I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.
We were at Neenah for a funeral - we live in Kansas. Our engine light came on during our trip to Neenah. Mark Bogan and his service team allowed us to be immediately serviced because of our situation. We were also provided with a rental car. Within a few hours of bringing our car in to Bergstom, we received atext message from Mark saying our car was fixed and ready for pickup. Mark handled our warranty issues and we were quickly back on our way. This was perhaps the most polite, quick and most efficient service that I have ever received - especially during a tramatic time for my family. Please give my heart-felt thanks to Mark and the service team.

Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. Isaiah along with everybody at the dealership was very helpful and made sure every need/want was met and beyond. I felt so welcome and not at all presumed. The team made sure we left feeling completely happy and sure of our purchase. He took great care of me from the start, i never felt any pressure to buy anything he offered me only the services that I requested and gave me a great deal on them. I am 68 years old and have bought many cars including several brand new ones since my first car buying experience at 13 years old. My experience with Mike Henke and the rest of the Bergstrom team that works with him was more than excellent. When I took the test drive Mike accompanied me and directed me on a route that contained many different road surfaces, curves, and grade changes so that I could appreciate all of the features of the Silverado. He had me brake hard and accelerate quickly which gave me a good idea about those features of the truck also. My test drive of a Ford F150 was nowhere near the test drive Mike took me on. I still would have bought the Silverado because it out performed the F150 but I felt Mike showed me all of the features of the Silverado that are better than Ford's.
Have a HD2500 Duramax. Took it in for service and got awesome service. Had a local shop look at it and found water pump leaking but could not do it. They said take too dealer for repair. I am not a dealership kind of person at all. Went in and talked with Bill for about 45 minutes and he gave me estimate for wat I wanted done. Went to another dealer for estimate but did not have same vibe as Bill, so I took it in while I was out of town. They checked it out and verified wat I was told. They did the work and found other stuff to address. They gave me estimate on it , did not pressure sales me. Let me do checking and discuss with my wife. Ended up they did more and I could trust them while out if town. Went to get it when got back and was not ready but was fine with it because then I knew they were not rushing threw it to get it done and collect money. They really do care. Something else popped up after it was done which was out of there control , so they had to order a seal. Came in late this a.m. and was done early p.m. today. They went above and beyond what I have ever expieranced in the past from dealships. They have a new customer for as long as I own Chevrolet's. Again highly recommend there dealership for your service needs. Ask for Bill, he is awesome to work with. Keith k.
Test drove a few vehicles here. Didn't end up making a purchase here, due to unforeseen changes on my end. But was nice experience, pleasant environment. David Vandersteeg was helpful. Would come here to purchase a vehicle in the future, and would recommend it to others.
I've always received good customer service as well as quality maintenance and repair service. I bought my vehicle from Holiday Motors in Fond du Lac, WI in 2014...I live in the Milwaukee area and continue to head north to Fond du Lac for oil changes and repairs, because I haven't yet found a dealer in the milwaukee area that provides Holiday's level of customer service and quality of maintenance/repair services.
I experienced friendly service and good follow from at this dealer. Even though I have not purchased the vehicle yet... I will be back soon.
