“The Duke” does it again. This was my second time coming to Phil for a new truck and once again he had me leaving there with more than I expected and smiling from ear to ear. He and his team were able to put me in exactly what I wanted for less than I wanted to pay. I’ve bought many many vehicles and dealt with every type of salesman and I truly began to believe everyone of them were thieves, then I was referred to The Duke and I will not purchase from anyone but him. You better stay around buddy!!!!
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. The other day I stopped by Ingersoll of Pawling to just mention the my tale light was out. I wanted to know which light I should buy to replace it. The staff member I talked with immediately told me they would look at my car, took my keys to the service department, and had them check out my vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long. My car was looked at in a very reasonable time frame, and on top of that, the dealership replaced the bulb at no cost to me. As I was waiting the staff was friendly enough to occupy my time with conversation and coffee. This dealership has top notch employees and service. I would definitely recommend Ingersoll of Pawling for repairs, and much much more!
My third car/truck from Ingersol in 3 years. All Chevy's. Dominick the salesperson was brand new to sales in 2014, selling me my first Silverado on his first day ! His dedication to making the sales experience painless and showing care and concern for the customer is something you don"t find in many new sales people today. He truly went above and beyond for all my purchases. The dealership, family run, is hard to come by these days. Terrific, that's all I can say... reminds me of growing up around cars and dealerships of the past. The Parts and Service Depts. have been equally impressive and helpful for anything I've needed.
Saw the car online, sent an inquiring email. I received an immediate response,very informative. Drove from CT on Sunday to go test drive the car. We were very pleased with the appearance of the dealership , very clean, professional and organized. Everyone who worked with us it was very professional and courteous and pleasant. We purchased the car on Tuesday everything was done for us we drove off the lot with paperwork complete. I didn't have to do anything. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I would absolutely go back again and recommend my friends to go there as well

Ingersoll Auto of Pawling was incredible upon entry, to the minute I sealed the deal. Specifically, Libby, went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable on every level, and treated me like someone she knew personally, as opposed to someone she was simply doing business with. Libby made a point to care about more than just the vehicle I was purchasing, but she ensured everything else such as my other vehicle that was being returned to another dealership(end of a lease) was also squared away. I am a lifelong Ford owner, but the staff at Healey Chevy has softened my position on brand loyalty. The service staff at Healey Chevy in Poughkeepsie is top notch. The online appointment process was easy, I actually needed a Saturday appointment and they had one available, awesome. The professional and friendly staff as well as the comfortable customer lounge rounded out the great experience. I would consider purchasing a vehicle from Healey Chevy and will always use their service department. To be honest, over the many years, I have found that the quality of the service department at any given dealership is a true indicator of the quality of that business as a whole, just my experience at least.

I was ready to trade-up from my 2015 Durango R/T because i needed more cargo space for my family and all our junk. The problem was i loved my Hemi V8 and the Durango......plus the whole car buying process is just stressful overall. So i narrowed it down to the new Yukon XL, Escalade and Navigator. I test drove the Escalade first....loved the V8 but i want crazy about the tail lights(skinny) and the flashy/shiny interior that had fingerprints/dust all over it just from a test drive....its that shiny black and i just could see keeping that clean would be a nightmare. Next the Navigator...only a V6 ....so that threw me off right away because i missed that V8 sound when accelerating and the back of the car(exterior) looked boxy....the inside is like a cockpit to a plane and the seats are to die for but all that extreme technology made me think more tech can mean more problems....lastly...the 2019 Yukon Xl Denali V8.....it looked spectacular(Tricolor White Frost) with Jet black interior....it had the perfect mix of tech(Apple CarPlay,wireless charging) heated/cooled seats,DVD etc and still had normal buttons and knobs to push. It handles incredibly with the Magnetic Ride control....this is the biggest thing i have every driven but it handles so easily even in tight spaces(I live in the Bronx with double parked cars etc). ....the seats are luxuriously comfy and it looks aggressive and elegant all at the sane time. As for the car buying process it could not have went more smooth. I came up to Meadowlands of Carmel from the Bronx at the advise of a family member and i was no disappointed. Matt(Magic Matt)is such a nice guy....handed me the keys and i took it out for a spin and love dit right away but was still not looking forward to the sales pitch part. But Matt was so easy going and not pushy at all and answered all my questions .....even the ones i asked 3-4 times. He knew everything about the Yukon XL and the may packages that are available. He also through our conversation helped me save over $5000 in promotions/Discounts that GM had going on. As for my Trade-in Durango....he gave me exactly what the Kelly Blue Book said it was worth and thats all i wanted...in all i drove out with a new Denali and paid almost $25K less than i thought i would even though it as a 2019. I also met some of the service guys and they are real people and juts all around honest nice guys. Lastly...even Sharon...the Finance Specialist....the person any new car buyer dreads dealing with .....was so professional pleasant and helpful.....she explained every detail of those complicated forms a few times to me and again she found a way to get me a lower rate than i originally though i would get even through my Credit Union. Overall i gave 5 stars because this is my 6th new car in my 50+ year life and by far was the nicest and easiest experience of them all and i would highly recommend Meadowlands of Carmel to everybody...you will leave there happy with a great new vehicle and knowing you were treated right and got the best deal possible.
