Sales representative (Heather Rosas) was very courteous and knowledgeable about the new vehicles. We will definitely come back to purchase our next vehicle. We are planning on having our new vehicle serviced by Ancira as well.
Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. And look forward to doing business with them in the future
Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
This was my first time shopping for a car. Even though there were a lot of things I didn't know or understand, Ms. Vicki Khyle was very patient and helped me through the entire process. She even showed me around the facility and introduced me to people who would help me in the future. All in all it was a wonderful experience!
customer service is not good . left in the blank. no communication. 2 hrs for oil change. walked around and just looked around. a manager giving an interview and gave my wife and I a bad look cause our neace was playing. Guess that was a bad thing on us.

They???ve done an outstanding job on my Jeep. Had multiple problems with the vapor system and the radio. Was given a 19 Ram 1500 as a loaner, now my adult son wants to get one of these. I had a 14 and it was a fine excep for the radio. Went through 4 in the two years I had it. My Jeep, however, I???m on my second radio. Still awaiting (2 mos) the return of the CD that wouldn???t come out. New radio working well, so far. Only took 3 trips to get the vapor system fixed. All the office personnel were excellent in handling all the problems. Two thumbs up! The only negative is still waiting for my daughters CD to be returned.
Just 6 days after my truck goes in for a water pump a plastic fitting in the upper coolant hose mysteriously cracks and springs a leak. And of course this is not covered by my extended warranty. Smells kind of fishy to me.

KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! My daughter and I went shopping for her new car and the salesman that goes by "Sauce" was not pushy and made the experience very comfortable and easy. She wound up buying a brand new 2018 red Malibu. If you need a new car or a used one go see the "Sauce" he will treat you right.
