This was my first experience buying from Goben and Krystal was wonderful!! She took excellent care of us and even ordered some new tires, since the vehicle was brand new to the lot the day I purchased it. I've never bought an SUV before but I'm so grateful I did. It's perfectly safe and comfortable with fun features for me and my family. Would not hesitate to recommend Krystal and Goben East to anyone else!
Trevor was honest and friendly the whole buying process. However when it came to trying to sell me the extended warranty and other options he was very very high pressure. It made me uncomfortable at times with this high pressure sale technique. He wouldn't take 15 no's for an answer. These products must be highly profitable for the salesperson and owner. Buyer be aware of that.
A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all!

I reached out online ( let???s be honest, this day in age we all prefer to take care of biz online). Sent an email inquiry???an immediate response (insert applause). Secured a time to come in for a test drive and discussion. No further questions and boom??? I was driving home in my new, very sharp looking Jeep! I???m a returning customer and look forward to continued business!

I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
A little disappointed that the car I was looking at online for wasn’t what was on the lot. I searched for sunroof and The Malibu came up along with backup camera. Well when we got there to look at the car it had NONE of those options and it was listed with the same price and car #. Makes me a little upset as it was a waste of my time
Darren went above and beyond his duty in the service department. We got a great deal also. I'd definitely recommend this dealership! I sent my sin in to buy one too!
