In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.
It was a rainy day. My only complaint is that they parked my car under an oak tree and the entire car was covered in leaves, including the area near the windshield that is so hard to clean. I usually need to use my leaf blower to get them out of there. Other than that, rental was fine at $25.00 and repair was made in time promised. Just wish it wasn't so expensive! Thanks.
We were shopping for a new truck and with less than superior credit it didn't seem like it was going to happen. Stan and Jamar step up and really got the job done. We were able to walk out of there with a new truck without breaking the bank. Stan and Jamar showed persistence and patience through this process. Without the two of them we would not be in a new truck. I would highly recommend going to either one of them to purchase a car.
Phone call from Internet staff from dealership was extremely helpful and offered options with greater rebate offers from Chevrolet on new 2016 overstock vehicles. Made an appointment to visit Gordon Chevrolet for a test drive and included via email, a quote on a vehicle with the rebate amount of $7000
When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was there but it had already been sold. The manager talked to me and said he had 2 other overstock models different color and would honor the original quote. I took the car for a test drive loved it and made the deal with the Sales Agent Leslie Tully who answered all of my questions about the car. Leslie helped me set up the systems in the car. Truly a great experience.
We came in just because we were driving by and thought we'd take a look. Had not intended to buy a car today. Charlie was so personable and gave so much more information than I've ever had at other dealerships. He knew everything about all the vehicles. Spent SO much time with us, and did not make us feel rushed. So,we decided to buy a car. What a surprise!
Had a great experience, got the CX-9! Exactly the vehicle I wanted. I love it so much, no complaints! Larry was great to work with. I have had the car for a week now and Larry has followed up twice to make sure I'm loving the car and if I had any questions! I will love this vehicle for as long as I own it! After a string of 4 Mazdas with minimal or no issues we were approaching the end of our lease on our 2016 Mazda 6 so we thought we would drive by and see what was out there in the Mazda line. Having worked with Mazda of Wesley Chapel for years this was our first stop of course. Not long after we started walking the line of new cars Charlie Epting wandered out to meet us and assess our needs. Charlie was very well informed about the changes to the Mazda line since 2016 and pointed them out as we walked the line of cars. That day we opted to check out and test drive the 2018 Mazda 6 which is the same model we currently had. After the drive Charlie, as any good sales consultant would, asked for the deal and we thanked him and told him we still had time to consider a change. However we did have him work up some numbers for the car we drove to get a feel for budget concerns. With that we were off and pleasantly there were not a barrage of follow-up, high pressure calls. Fast forward three weeks and we stopped back in to take another look. Charlie again came out and recognized us and answered the questions we had. Without any pressure we agreed to look at the numbers again and begin what I call "the dance of misery" as we worked to come to an agreed price. Again, with no pressure whatsoever we negotiated back and forth and, long-story short, ended up leasing the new Mazda 6. Over the years I have purchased or leased too many cars to remember but the string of great dealings with Mazda continues. Charlie carries on the tradition we have grown accustomed to of low pressure, knowledgable, and friendly experts as we make an important decision. By all means I would recommend you look him up if you are interested in a great line of vehicles.
Went into dealership not knowing anything about Mazdas and came out a proud new owner of one. After a little haggling back and forth, I got a great deal and a great new car. Charlie was my sales rep, he was great with tons of knowledge! He sat with me and went over everything thoroughly until I was 100%.
I came here with a set price I wanted to pay for a vehicle and Pedro and Gustavo did their best in order to make that happen. I had a great experience and got exactly what I came in for.
