Had to have Tire Pressure Monitor replaced on a car we had for our daughter in Florida. They fit me in the day before we left and also told me there was a recall they'd fix also. In less than 2 hours, the car was fixed and ready to go. This was an A-1 experience in my book. Knowing our daughter's car is safe again makes these parents happy. Thank you Polar Chev!
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Brought my ???15 Suburban in for a recall on electronic power steering. Mentioned that my rear electronic gate was not going up all the way and asked for assistance. Service rep said more or less ???that will be $109 for us to diagnose it???. The whole approach turned us off as our other vehicle is an Audi, and that service team is always talking to us about the ins and outs of the features and how to use and maintain various things...in other words its always a conversation at the Audi dealership...not just people looking to charge us. Over time this approach has built amazing trust, loyalty, and desire to perform our service there because we know they know their product. So we said no thanks on the peoposal at Luther. For $100 we can google it and learn a ton.....and guess what...some random dealer salesman???s youtube was the first search result reviewing how to use and program the electronic rear gate on a 2015 suburban. Thats all it was...button was turned to 3/4. Luther needs to train their people on the basic features and maintenance of a complex $60,000 product instead of coming across as shallow and desperate for service tickets.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. You and Brett can count on our recommendation to others. Linda Jorgenson and Jack Gunderson
This was my very first experience, at first it wasn't good, because after 7 months and 5,000 miles my used car broke down, and after talking to my son-in-law we decided to lease a car, Charlie Koppy was very helpful into getting me into the right car, he went over all the option and has called me a couple of times to see how I like it.
I simply had an awesome buying experience at Shakopee Chevrolet. Dave and Tom were great to work with. From the time I walked in to the time I drove home with a new Silverado, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I head an excellent experience here at village Chevrolet. Everyone was very polite, answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into anything. I felt very in control the entire time. My sales associate Allen was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, thoughtful and fun. I would recommend doing business here!
I had stumbled on Village after looking around on web sites because I was specifically interested in getting a Chevy Cruze. Village's prices were definitely the lowest/best value compared to other sites. When I went to visit, the sales rep I worked with was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best deal at my price point. He walked me through a few different options and we ended up settling on one, and my loan officer was impressed by how good the deal was.
They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.
No pressure sales, they listened to our wants and needs. Vehicle was ready as promised, a full tank of gas is a nice extra value.
