My first experience with the service department wasn't great until Chrisy Johnson, service advisor, got involved. My daughter's car was broken down in Atlanta and I live 3 1/2 hours away. Chrisy took great care of her and got her on the road as quickly as possible. If it weren't for Chrisy going above and beyond to contact me and assure me that she would take care of my daughter, I wouldn't have kept my car at this dealership for service. Chrisy should be applauded for her great customer service and stepping up to handle a less than favorable service experience from the day before. Overall, after Chrisy took over, we were very pleased with the service and quality of repairs done to our vehicle. I would recommend this service department. Ask for Chrisy!
I brought my grandsons car in for service. Mike made me feel very confident that he was taking care of making sure my car was serviced properly. He was friendly and professional. It was a good experience.
