I was extremely pleased with the personal attention provided to me throughout the entire buying process. I knew the exact vehicle that I wanted prior to going to the dealership and when I arrived, it was already up front waiting for me. I was introduced to Mr. Sandy, Sales Manager, who then introduced me to Raymond, a Sales Consultant and Upgrade Specialist, who gave me a thorough overview of the new 2018 Equinox, its numerous amenities, and how to use them. I was then taken on a test drive. The vehicle was perfect for me and met all of my needs. I was then introduced to various people at the dealership and shown the different departments and was told basically how they functioned. I was then shown the intake bay which was especially clean and organized and met Jennifer, the Customer Care Specialist who takes care of you when you are dropping off your car. The financial portion was streamlined. After my offer was met, I was introduced to Finance Manager, who put the paperwork package together and we sat down together. He explained each document to my satisfaction and answered all of my questions. It was a day that I enjoyed. Everyone was friendly and the customer lounge was very nice which offered hot and cold drinks and popcorn and if the rest of the family was waiting, they could watch movies. I was impressed.
