You did not do so well this time guys! It took longer than I was told to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Then, I was told that I needed two new filters--which I agreed to have replaced. You were polite and professional, but again, was late in completing the job from the time projected. Later, the Service
Manager had to pull my car from the line, as I waited more than 10 minutes for a car wash-which was never completed--so that I would not be late for work. If it was not for Omar--I would have been late. He was wonderful, but his crew was too relaxed -- and his car washers did not try to keep things moving. This makes him look bad--and makes your company look bad as well. You have always provided "top service" in the past, so I am forgiving--and will return. However, you should know that this last experience was less than "stellar". I now also have a "humming sound in my engine" when I turn the fan on and switch to levels higher than #2 (For example, level #3 and #4). This was not there prior to the filter replacements. Any connection? Was everything installed properly? Since I am not frequently in the West Caldwell area, I am not sure when I can stop by for you to listen to my concern. Not major, yet annoying. And, by the way--WHAT ABOUT THOSE RED SOX? Does anyone still have a broom laying around? Perhaps the best part of the weekend which followed!!!
