Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. The other day I stopped by Ingersoll of Pawling to just mention the my tale light was out. I wanted to know which light I should buy to replace it. The staff member I talked with immediately told me they would look at my car, took my keys to the service department, and had them check out my vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long. My car was looked at in a very reasonable time frame, and on top of that, the dealership replaced the bulb at no cost to me. As I was waiting the staff was friendly enough to occupy my time with conversation and coffee. This dealership has top notch employees and service. I would definitely recommend Ingersoll of Pawling for repairs, and much much more!
“The Duke” does it again. This was my second time coming to Phil for a new truck and once again he had me leaving there with more than I expected and smiling from ear to ear. He and his team were able to put me in exactly what I wanted for less than I wanted to pay. I’ve bought many many vehicles and dealt with every type of salesman and I truly began to believe everyone of them were thieves, then I was referred to The Duke and I will not purchase from anyone but him. You better stay around buddy!!!!
I am a lifelong Ford owner, but the staff at Healey Chevy has softened my position on brand loyalty. The service staff at Healey Chevy in Poughkeepsie is top notch. The online appointment process was easy, I actually needed a Saturday appointment and they had one available, awesome. The professional and friendly staff as well as the comfortable customer lounge rounded out the great experience. I would consider purchasing a vehicle from Healey Chevy and will always use their service department. To be honest, over the many years, I have found that the quality of the service department at any given dealership is a true indicator of the quality of that business as a whole, just my experience at least.
We found a vehicle online at this dealership that seemed like a match for what we were looking for. Our only concern was that it was almost a two hour drive from where we live. When calling, we connected with Crystal, and because of her positive and professional manner on the phone we decided to make the trip. Upon arriving at the dealership we were fortunate to meet with Christina, their sales consultant. She was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The vehicle was just what we were looking for and their pricing is excellent. I'd also like to thank the woman who did our paperwork to make the sale possible. Remarkably we were able to trade in our vehicle, purchase the new vehicle and do everything the same day - even with living out of state! We drove home in our purchase thinking it was the best experience we ever had buying a car. Highly recommend whatever drive time it takes to get there!!
Jason has always been wonderful to work with. I am quite nervous when it comes to making sure my car is working properly and Jason has always been so kind and PATIENT with me.. I needed to rent a car this last time and the woman who helped was wonderful and made it so easy! One more thing, just to ensure I was comfortable, one of the mechanics drove around with me just to make sure I was happy with how my car performed. The staff here is always great to work with! His dedication to making the sales experience painless and showing care and concern for the customer is something you don"t find in many new sales people today. He truly went above and beyond for all my purchases. The dealership, family run, is hard to come by these days. Terrific, that's all I can say... reminds me of growing up around cars and dealerships of the past. The Parts and Service Depts. have been equally impressive and helpful for anything I've needed.
Mike is a very nice person. He makes me feel comfortable and important from the beginning to the end.. The service was great and I knew it was true when they told me I had to change my car battery cause I saw something unusual with it early on. I know that I can trust Healey Chevrolet.
Saw the car online, sent an inquiring email. I received an immediate response,very informative. Drove from CT on Sunday to go test drive the car. We were very pleased with the appearance of the dealership , very clean, professional and organized. Everyone who worked with us it was very professional and courteous and pleasant. We purchased the car on Tuesday everything was done for us we drove off the lot with paperwork complete. I didn't have to do anything. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Ingersoll Auto of Pawling was incredible upon entry, to the minute I sealed the deal. Specifically, Libby, went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable on every level, and treated me like someone she knew personally, as opposed to someone she was simply doing business with. Libby made a point to care about more than just the vehicle I was purchasing, but she ensured everything else such as my other vehicle that was being returned to another dealership(end of a lease) was also squared away. Libby made the car purchasing process a breeze, and I never felt overwhelmed or taken advantage of. Thank you, For everything.
