Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. They got me out of my crappy Suntrup car and into a certified 2017 Buick Lacrosse. Thank you so much. A job well done gentlemen. You have my future business and my family's. My deal on a new car started on the internet looking at cars.com. Then Kyle Greer called me from Jim Trenary chevy when i inquired about one new corvette. I told him what i was looking for, what i was willing to pay and how much i wanted for my tradein. I sent pictures of my trade in and we negotiated with a couple of phone calls that ended up within 1000$ of my original offer. I picked up my new vette 2 days later. got a quick response to internet inquiry followed by easy texting and phone call exchange. salesperson (Justin) was great and easy to work with. bought the car and paid the asking price because it was below market value. very happy. fyi, I have purchased about ten cars in the past ten years. trust me, this was a very positive experience.
We had previously purchased a car from Leta Honda and have been to the dealership before. This was my first time looking for a car here.
Cortez, the sales person I spoke with was very nice and completely professional. The car I was interested in was no longer available, but he did have some other cars for me to look at.
The car available was not for me. But I would certainly look at Leta again.
Tyson was very professional and fast. We had the repairs done within one business day. As soon as we arrived with the vehicle he had a technician look at it and found the problem. Parts were ordered and received next business day. Great job.
