In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. We are satisfied that we got the best deal and are secure in our decision to buy the vehicle from Emich.
Chaz Valdez was phenomenal in his commitment to making us comfortable. I work at another dealer and decided to look around first. I'm glad I did. I am an anxious person and ask a lot of questions, they made it a priority to confront that challenge with professionalism and understanding. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership. Chaz and finance manager Andrew made it a fairly seemless operation. If anyone looks to buy a new vehicle please go see Chaz and and Andrew at emich chevy. I would recommend these guys very highly.

Bryan Foose has a transparent and likable quality about him not typically seen in a car salesman. He's knowledgeable about the products and has a "farm boy" charm about him. He's been in the business for many years and is respectable to customers.
Michael Halingstad was amazing!!!!! He showed me the vehicles that I requested to see and was very patient with me when I couldn't decide. He helped reminded me of the things that were important to me to help me make my decision. It was a wonderful experience andI telling all my friends about it and about Michael. Brian Overton is very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles at Emich Chevrolet. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase even sending several pictures of the car since I was purchasing it from out of state. Jeff, Andy, Elijah, and Franklin were wonderful to work with. Roberto in finance was the only employee at the dealership I had a problem with. In my opinion, he could use some work on being friendly. I thought he was, for the most part, rude.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!

I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.
I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.

As exciting as it sounds, buying a vehicle can actually brings a huge anxiety and frustration. Perhaps like many others, I dreaded going to any dealership and talking to any car-sales person. This dealership (King Chevy in Longmont) totally changed my perspective! We test-drove the same car more than once, asked many questions and took our sweet time to think about. Through the entire process, everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I did not feet pressured, tricked or manipulated. My thanks to David, Roberto, Mike, and especially the Finance guy (Tim?). I am glad that we have an exceptional dealership in Longmont!
