I went to The dealership to look at a 2017 Yukon, i walk into the showroom and I’m greeted by Megan Brown. Megan answered all my questions and was quick to find a vehicle that I was looking for. She was patient & explained The options on the SUV, she was very knowledgeable of all the options. We took a test drive and she wasn’t in a hurry to get back and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before buying it. She explained the whole buying process and getting my trade looked at and negotiating a great deal. Megan is a Rockstar in the making, I would highly recommend her to anybody wanting to buy a new or used car,truck or suv. The whole buying process was completely stress-free from the office staff to the sales manager and the finance person and the owner Tony. The detail department did a fantastic job and again Megan help me clean out my old car and get into my new car and set up the on star in the vehicle. I would highly recommend Megan and this dealership for all your vehicle needs.
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!
Forget what you've heard about buying vehicles from dealerships. Zeck Ford has simplified the experience and made it easy. There was no negotiating or being taken advantage of. No pushy salesmen or tricks being played. Zeck Ford offers the best price upfront, and offers the best customer service around. Nino and the entire staff was very straightforward and kind throughout the entire process.
We interacted with 3 of the salesmen and always felt they were being as upfront as possible. They were clear about the salvage title; they had a nicely compiled folder with before pictures and detail of the previous damage. After we had it inspected at a separate repair shop, they agreed to do an alignment which was recommended at no extra cost. There was NOTHING else wrong with the vehicle after a 2 hour check by our auto mechanic. Very personable and honest people to deal with.
Our experience at Hilltop has been fantastic with BOTH purchases. The first time we went to buy a car our credit wasn't in the best shape and we weren't sure we were going to be able to get a vehicle at all. Steve worked very hard and made it possible for us to walk out that day with our first car! We kept that car for a year and a half and now that our credit has improved we went back and were able to get into a much nicer car and into something we really wanted!! Steve and Chad worked very hard to help us out. About a week after purchasing our SECOND car from Hilltop our check engine light came on. We called Steve at the dealership and they sent us the next day to 169 Auto Repair and had our car fixed and back on the road within a couple of hours! Great service, great people and great cars!
We were looking for a 1st car for our teenager to drive and could not find anything used with lower mileage or did not need major repairs. TC explained to us on the phone before we ever made the trip to Lansing that they specialized in salvaged vehicles and what that means. The Kia Rio we ended up purchasing was clean and fairly priced. Our mechanics inspection report stated: "there is absolutely nothing we found wrong with this car or that we can even recommend for service at this time". This is the first time that we have purchased a vehicle and did not feel taken advantage of in at least one way. VERY please with the service we received and will be back to purchase again! We have and will continue to highly recommend.

I have purchased from most of the "big" dealerships Saint Joseph and now with Hilltop Motors. BY FAR the best of the BEST would be Hilltop Motors. No issue buying - the price is as far as you will find before you even test-drive - do your research and you will find each vehicle is below the competition and fair market value. Then the you have the staff - by far most honest, helpful, and empathetic men and women around - they want to help you as much as they want your sale. They stand behind what they sale, won't sale anything till it's right, and still can beat the competitors "sale price". I know time is precious but honestly give them a moment of your time and see that I am not lying and they really are the real deal.
