I just went in for an oil change. Going to this dealership takes a bit longer than going to a drive-thru, but the car gets examined for potential issues which takes the guesswork out of maintaining your car and they wash the car!
I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
You definitely need to talk to Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru. She is the best at what she does, taking care of the customer. Financing department is super too! They are thorough and get you on your way fast.
Dave went above and beyond to get the truck I purchased ready by staying late and making my pick-up go smoothly even on his day off. He had everything in order for a smooth and effortless pick-up of my new truck!!
We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. With the last couple cars I???ve purchased elsewhere I???ve learned to dread the all day affair, I was pleasantly surprised to find that from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left in my new car was under three hours which included my test drive, trade in and establishing financing; Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and there way zero pressure to hurry up and make a decision. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from salesman John Baertschi over the years and we???ll just keep coming back.

Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
I received one initial contact call from Mark Williams after an inquiry into leasing an Equinox. Mr. Williams was professional, very accommodating and not pushy in any way, upfront and honest. Mark was able to meet all my requests & needs on my lease in an extremely timely manner, and thorough throughout my experience at Stanford Allen. I will DEFINITELY refer him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Stanford Allen Cadillac was one of three car dealership I went to and the salesman there was by far better then the other . The salesman had more information about the car. I wanted and was patient with me and it not rush me into a car I did not completely want. I recommend going to this dealership for your first car and every car after
