I have been searching for a new vehicle for a while and Brooks has been helping me the whole way and finally found the perfect one! He made the process quick and easy. My wife and I went in to have both of our vehicles serviced and we saw a sharp Silverado on the lot. When my wife ran into our salesman Arlin she mentioned the truck and he started telling her about the fantastic rebates GM had just put out that day (12/1/18) and that everyone qualified for GM Employee Pricing. When I caught up with them my wife deferred to me and left Arlin explaining everything to me. He then brought the Silverado he mentioned to me into the service bay since it was pouring down rain. He went over the vehicle explaining features and accessories and the let me take it for a test drive. My wife and I just loved the truck. When I returned I told him what it was going to take for me to trade and he went to work. We were able to work a deal with my trade-in and we got a brand new truck. The reason we keep trading at Hiday's is they treat us like family. We purchased our first car thru Hiday's in 2006 and they have called us by first name ever since. I would highly recommend Hiday's to anyone for superb service all around. From the sales department to the service department everyone is super.
We had a great experience at Custom Care Care. They took the time to really listen to what we wanted in a vehicle and tried to find us the best possible fit. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received.

Very helpful and courteous. Even called me back promptly to help me and answer my questions. The Lady even told me to call back when I was ready to buy. She was very polite and friendly. I liked that she was not not pushy.
Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. First off when I small talk about looking at other cars the owner Jay Leonard amazed me by complimenting the other dealership that I was speaking of. Secondly they accommodated me to the T I had test drove a car and decided I didn't like it they brought me another car to my job to switch it out to continue test-driving I ended up buying that truck the next day and they even dealt with my dad for a few hours LOL thanks Josh Brinkman and Jay Leonard and everyone else there that helped us I love my Equinox
Jeremy Owens really made my car buying experience easy. He was professional, honest, he listened and was understanding of all my needs/wants and concerns. When I buy my next car, I will for sure contact Jeremy first.
We were on our way to gulf shores for vacation from Michigan and our alternator went bad. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The drive to get the part and fixed it in record time so we could be on our way. The allowed us(my husband and I and our to young children to hang out in the lobby as we had no where else to go. I do not own a Buick or GMC, I own a Jeep. Whole down in Indiana from Michigan my Jeep's head gasket needed to be replaced. The jeep only has 73,000 miles on it so Mike in the service department called and was an advocate for me by calling the local Dodge / Jeep dealer to see if they would fix this problem. Jeep / Dodge would not help at all even though the car had under the 100,000 mile warranty (but was over by 3 months). Matthews GMC fixed my car and gave me a GREAT price. Even though I live out of state, they went the extra mile. They know that a are dealer just doesn't sell cars, but is a continuos relationship with the customer long after the car is delivered. If I lived in Indiana and was looking for a car - Matthews Buick GMC would be my first stop.
