Second car I have bought from there and each time I had to have repairs made within a few days of purchasing. Now even not two weeks later it needs an oil change as well. Few days after I got it home I took it back cuz it needed brakes and rotors.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Let me look around, answered the questions I asked, otherwise he let me explore at my own pace. He was even beyond understanding when a bank issue caused a week long delay in finalizing the payment. We went in for service to one vehicle, an the Service Advisor Jeremy mentions about buying the Silverado, which the Courtesy Vehicle was a Silverado. This Dealership is one of the Best that We have been. You can see the Teamwork, from the Service Advisor suggests, then he calls the Salesman. The process was simple, no pushing.
I've used Heritage Chevrolet as my only point of service since I purchased my 2008 Silverado in 2007 and my Wife's 2008 Tahoe, in 2008. Donnie and Jesse have always treated me and my issues very well. When I call they know who I am and they treat me as though I'm their only customer. They represent You and Heritage very well.
