I recently purchased a 2018 Equinox LT from Pendarvis. My total experience was a great one. I was helped by John who found the exact car I was looking for with all the features I wanted. This was an easy and seamless process. The car was delivered when promised and I left the dealership in a very short time.
Everyone I have dealt with at Pendarvis have been courteous, knowledgeable and eager to provide an excellent customer experience.
No high pressure salesmen and credit manager. It was like dealing with friends.

Definitely feel like i got some bang for my buck on this one. The Gas mileage is OUTSTANDING!. Sleek little car with a ton of interior space and ridiculous get up and go for such a tiny, gas saving engine. I think overall to say I am pleased would be an understatement.
David Brown was great, made the buying experience painless! He is easy to talk to and actually listened to what I wanted. Go see David and you won’t be disappointed.

I bought the Cruze used with under 10,000 miles on it for under $14,000. It drives great, I average 38MPG between city/highway, and the touch screen and connectivity is fantastic. The touch screen allows you to use Maps, Iheart, pandora and more to stream your music and display navigation. he 4 cylinder turbo does not seem underwhelming and it is smooth running. The auto shut off at traffic lights can be eliminated at stops by putting the car in manual mode till the light changes. Seats are comfortable, cabin materials are nice and have a quality feel to them. Overall a great ride for the money.
Great people to work with. I have purchased at least fifteen vehicles at Master over the years and have always been treated like a valued customer.

The one problem I'm having with the car is,there is 1 bang I hear at take off every day. The mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. I'm taking the car back and leaving it overnight. It only happens when the car is cooled down.
Was able to get scheduled when it was a convenient time for me when I arrived they already had me listed on the service screen when I pulled in work was done in a timely manner very satisfied with the service department

This car was what I need,It is good on gas.It has plenty of leg room.It's a comfortable vehicle. A good car and it was a reasonable price.our salesman was very nice and he loved to talk.
Service overall was fine. Came in on a Saturday, which is first come first serve, for an oil change and rotation. Was out within two hours of arriving. Only real problem i had was someone was burning either incense or a strong cheap candle that triggered my allergies as soon as I walked into the waiting area. Had to walk around the entire lot several time while waiting just to avoid the candle or whatever it was. When it came to check out, i was not asked to come to the cashier over the PA. Didn't know i was ready until the service person told me I was. Walked up to the cashier who was so enthralled with her phone that there were 4 tickets on the counter and when i tapped on the glass after standing there for a few minutes she jumped and finally realized she was at work and should be taking care of customers.

I needed a car to commute 45 minutes to work, even though I own the "bare model Cruze" (doesn't have all the fancy bells and whistles) it's a great reliable car that gets bout 34 mpg for me.
I had a wonderful experience the people was nice and friendly and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family thanks so much for the experience

This cat cannot handle a canadian winter what so ever...almost everything in the interior broke from the cold. We were very disappointed in this car for many different reasons. After owning it for over 1 year I just want to get rid of it. I've never had such a horrible veichle! I would trade it in immediately if everything on it wasn't broken already.
My husband and I had a great experience with Clint. Before I get into that I want to share our experiences from two other local dealerships for comparison. My husband went to one and I to another. The Toyota dealership he went to the salesman was nice but I guess he did not want to sell a vehicle because he did not contact my husband again after my husband told him specifically what 2 toyotas we were interested in. I went to the other honda dealership in the area. When I arrived it took a while for someone to approach me while I was walking around in the lot. I am assuming probably because I had my young son with me. (Don't judge a book by its cover.) A salesman approached me finally. He was very a nice man. But I did not like the set up of the dealership at all. The salesman was looking on an iPad that died in the process of looking for two pilots that I saw online. So then he had to use his cell phone. This whole time we are sitting in a lounge type area with no privacy from other people passing by or from being able to hear the manager who was very rude to his employees sitting at his desk. The salesman asked the manager if he look in the database to see if the vehicles had sold because we did not find them on the lot when we had looked previously. He was very impatient with the salesman and seemed to careless if the man sold me a vehicle. After the manager told him that 1 of the pilots was on the lot somewhere the salesman went to look again for it leaving me for at least 15-20 minutes. I was getting ready to leave at that point when he showed back up and said he could not find it. At that point I was very aggravated with how rude the manager was to his employees, the fact that he also seemed to careless if his employee sold me a vehicle, having no privacy when talking about budget, waiting so long for someone to greet me when I arrived to the dealership and having to wait for him to try to find the vehicle and then not be able to find it. Now for my experience at Honda Cars of Aiken with Clint. My husband went to Honda cars of Aiken the first time alone to narrow down choices of vehicles we were looking into. Clint showed him what we were interested in and allowed him to test drive the vehicles to determine what best suited our family. We decided we were very interested in pilots so we both along with our 18 month old son went back to the dealership. When we arrived he showed us the 4 pilots they had on the lot and told us the difference in each. We picked the one we were most interested in. He allowed us to all ride together including moving our son's car seat from our vehicle to the one we were test driving. After our test drive we went inside to Clint's desk (that's right his own desk with a decent amount of privacy also may I add his own computer) where he had a toy car waiting for my son to play with. He was great with our son the whole time and so patient. Which to a mother is a huge deal! We did not buy that evening because this was a big decision for our family so we wanted time to really think about it and make sure we were not rushing into our decision. Clint was very understanding. We came back later and purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend him if your looking to purchase. He will be patient and understanding but most of all he wants to make sure you have the right vehicle for you or your family and not just push you into something that does not suit you just to sell a car. So if your looking to buy a car, truck, SUV, or something in between go see Clint at Honda Cars of Aiken.

Although at first I thought it might be to small for my family. But it is surprisingly roomy. Has pep and everyone seems to think it’s a sports car. Ha!! I haven’t had a SPORT car in over 25years “I’m old”
I was in need of a car in a hurry. My old car was running hot and had a slipping transmission. I went to them and they helped me. They were very patient with me and worked with me in a favorable way since I was very upset when I arrived. My customer service person, YD, was very helpful and down to earth. No haggling or harsh negotiations were needed in the purchase of a 2014 Civic LX. I highly recommend this dealership.

The car resides extremely smooth. I have great control over it. The mirrors on the side cover ample amounts of the outside. The assist back up is something to get used to.
Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.

This car meets all of my needs. It is great on gas mileage and drives smoothly. I love the interior design and blue tooth accessibility.
Marcos, did an exceptional job taking care of me. When I dropped my car off, he explained everything the service consisted of and when I came back to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to the car (there was a recall that was done also (he called me to inform me of the work prior to doing it)), just to make sure I was happy and understood everything. I live in Evans, Ga and I take the extra trip to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet in Augusta, Ga, because of people like Marcos.

As a young 20 year old who commutes every day to work and school I can say this car does it’s job and does it well. Great on gas, comfortable, compact, and large trunk space for those long days of shopping. I would definitely recommend the 2016 Chevy Cruze LT to a first time car buyer looking for something that doesn’t pack TOO much punch; but just enough to get you to where you need to go in a timely manner.
Chris was the salesman that helped me! He was very helpful and straight forward. I usually hate the back and forth with car buying but Chris was very very helpful and I felt comfortable with the whole transaction!

This was definitely a fun car to own. It was the LT RS and was fully loaded. Gas mileage was great. For a small car it had a lot of interior room. Easily able to fit 4 adults. The only reason I sold it was that I moved on to my dream car, a Camaro.
Great people..found the price , bought for that price and was done with everything in less than two hours . I hope to do a lot of future business with this dealership.

This car has plenty of legroom a very spacious trunk I bought the premier edition which came loaded the only thing I don’t like is the auto stop and stop feature which shuts motor off and restarts and stop light when you take foot off brake other than that a good reliable car good on gas
I received courteous and helpful service during each time I came to Maxwellton Motors and throughout all my many questions, I never felt pressured and was always treated with respect. And as a single woman, that meant a lot to me.

I'm glad that I decided to go back to driving a Diesel. Chevy has done it right this time around. I would buy another one.
I am a returning Cromley Ford customer. Cromley's is a professional business In every way. They are courteous, helpful and efficient. You get the feeling that they are there to serve you. There's no high pressure sales talk but they are willing to help you find a vehicle that suits your wants and needs. On the day of purchase the paperwork was completed quickly and features of the truck were explained. The service department takes appointments and I have been very satisfied with it. The quality of their work is excellent. Cromley's is the only place I go to when I am ready to trade my truck. I have always had a good experience there.

Many mechanical, fit and finish issues, fights with GM Canada and had all issues repaired over the space of 2 years while still under warranty.
Car was bad off the factory floor but since then the Cruze has been a very good compact car.
When it's running well it's a good vehicle but it can also be a headache.
