I just did something that I swore I would never do again, which was to buy a new car. What finally sold me on a 2019 Sorrento with a V6 and AWD is the 20 year and 200k mile warranty and the 5 year zero percent financing. i want to give an unsolicited shout out to Kia and Dutch Miller Kia in general, and to Nathan Graves and the sales manager in particular for working with me to get all of my needs met. I acknowledge that I am not the easiest customer, especially when I am doing something I never would otherwise, but they went the extra mile to work with me. They knew I like to travel and wanted something to pull at most a 5000 lbs travel trailer, and the 20 years and 200k warranty should keep me mobile well into retirement. Thank you guys!
When your viehicle you have purchase has a problem then you find out what kind of people you are dealing with..as mine 2017 ram truck did have a problem 16 day after purchase .took to my local ram dealer and contacted Fred he in turn put me in touch with Clett and both men worked to find the best solution and they did very satisfied great place to trade ,Clemon
Bought a 2014 Jeep. Never asked for any special deals. When asking for a little bit of help to make price better I was told "there's only so much we can do. What do you expect?"
I then was promised another key. Only received one key: was told for a month the previous keener was sending it it in the mail. Here we are 3.5 months later with no key. I was promised if it didn't come they would get me a key free of charge. Can't even get a call back now when it comes to the vehicle. Once they get the sale the customer service is done
Great service. Dave Francis, Kevin Casto and Mike Barnette went above and beyond to ensure we were given the best possible deal. Each person promptly returned calls and answered all questions with ease. Dave even came in to the dealership on his day off to follow through with our transaction. We will return to I77 Chevrolet.
So far we are basically satisfied with our experience with I 77 Auto Group. We love our Traverse and our Service needs, which have thus far been limited to normal maintenance needs have been provided in a very satisfactory manner. Purchase of the car was good and we are pleased with everything with a couple of exceptions. Our salesperson unfortunately mislead us (probably just a mistake on his part) when he went over all the features of the vehicle, he told us that we had WiFi and also specifically assured us that we had the weather forecast feature available on the info panel. Subsequently we discovered that we have neither. When asked, OnStar advised us that all we needed was for the dealer to upload an update to provide the WiFi and Sirius advised that we needed to pay extra for the weather app. This has been frustrating to us and the dealership has not responded favorably to our inquiries regarding these issues, particularly the WiFi. Otherwise, we are pleased with our Traverse and I-77 Auto!
Just wish it wouldn't have taken so long to purchase the vehicle. It seemed like they was just a little short handed the night I purchased my truck. But overall the crew did the very best they could do. It wasn't their fault that there was so many deals going at once and not enough employees to assist. But for the crew itself they done a great job.
I made appointment to have car checked .They made sure they would have parts in stock if I needed them before bringing in the car.Which saved me a wasted trip.They were also able to work in extra service that I requested after appointment was made.I was very pleased with the service that I received.
Ryan and Gene Walker get right down to business from the get go. My husband and I were looking at several vehicles before making a purchase. Once we made our decision, the Walker family saw it through and purchasing the vehicle was a success. Honesty, atmosphere, and people skills go along way especially when it is genuine.

If you need a new Ram.now. call Butch he went through hell and high water for me . Best buying experience I have ever went through with a Ram dealership. I have never had a salesperson treat me as good as he did he did everything I asked.
Great experience here. Good trade in value and buying process was super easy. Sales staff help with everything I needed. Would definitely buy from here again.
