I had came across MWS after researching online- they have a small with approximately 25 cars for sale and I could not get over what incredible shape their vehicles were in. From the beginning they were helpful but never pushy. We drove a handful of cars until choosing a Jeep. We absolutely love it and they helped get our first auto loan also.
My sister in law is going next week to purchase a car also after my experience.

Everything went fine, with the exception that i specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked so that the warning light would go off. I drove off with the same pressure i came in with, it was not checked.

I bought my vehicle site unseen as I was 6 hours away. I knew that's the one I wanted. They delivered it to a meeting place which was great all with in 36 hours. Got it home and looked it over good, I was disappointed that I had no service records at all. No vehicle booklet(this is a 2016), the old owners info still in the glove compartment and it was dirty. I mean not detailed or cleaned at all. Very disappointed in that. This vehicle comes factory with luxury floor mats, this one has 3 cheap ones and missing the drivers floor one. More than just small details where missed. Makes me wonder if it was looked over at all while there.
My husband and I bought my first AWD this past weekend. We brought it to a local mechanic in Middleville and when he saw the Harkema sticker he expressed he’s never looked at a bad car from them. They always do a great job!

I was looking to replace a 15 year old vehicle and came back to Crown, as we had a good experience a couple of months earlier replacing an older van. I had slowly been looking for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. The first dealership didn't answer my emails or respond to a voicemail. On a Saturday, we went in & met Ben Lindemulder. Test drove what I thought I wanted but what they had in stock is not what I wanted. He started looking right away. After getting home, my husband had a few changes to our list, Ben took it in stride. I went the next Saturday and Ben & I worked through options for getting a car in. He had it on Monday and I picked it up. The only wrinkle in that process was the other dealership put them off until late afternoon, and it was a drive for them to go get the jeep. Because it was late, even though it was not their fault, they came up with a plan to take care of me for the late delivery. The staff stayed late to get it ready, and do the paperwork. No grumbling about doing that. After getting it home, I found a little issue, and they were not obligated to take care of the, but they had me bring it back in. I've never had a dealership that works so hard to keep you happy.
