I really enjoyed working with Mr. Patire, He was informative, pleasant and not pushy and will definitely work with him again. However, although I did not finance through the dealership I found the ???finance manager??? Colin Slate to be arrogant and off putting once he realized I had no interest in purchasing any additional warranties or accessories. All and all I would rate my experience a positive one and would recommend anyone not financing through the dealership to opt out of the sit down with Mr. Slate. Bruce seems to be a genuinely nice guy and not your typical sleazy car salesman, Thank you Mr. Patire.
After ten years of Whalen keeping my old Equinox in great shape on the road the time finally came to replace. We are a third generation customer of the Mangino family and have always received stellar service with the utmost care and respect, from each and every member of their staff and individual teams, be it sales, service or administrative. This recent purchase was one that I have dreamt of for more than 2 decades and it was with great excitement that I finally chose to make it happen. And I can honestly say that it is because of the patience and the kind guidance that was willingly and consistently offered by so many of the folks at Mangino Buick and GMC, that it came to fruition so easily, rapidly and beautifully. The most touching part of this experience was receiving the many genuine and sincere hugs, handshakes and warm smiles that spoke volumes about how this dealership truly values the folks who walk through their door. This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Mark and Sue were a pleasure to work with. They are both very helpful and knowledgeable without any pressure. They had the best deal on the vehicle that I was looking for. They took care of everything. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas when we went to pick it up. I definitely will go back to them the next time I need a car.
Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Mark, it was only because the timing did not work out. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Mark was in constant contact with me about it. His level of customer service is hard to find. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I would highly recommend giving 2010 Auto Sales a shot. You won't regret it.
Having purchased numerous vehicles and having them serviced over the past 20 years I can speak to quality of service Bob Karls provides. The service is always always friendly and competent where the mechanics are not satisfied until they get the repair right. The fact that most of the employees have been with Bob for many years speaks to the quality of the operation and has enabled them to form a bond with their customers whom they genuinely care about! It's a rare business in today's world, almost like business from a bygone era. Can't recommend it highly enough!

I reported a problem with the key sticking in the ignition when the car is shut off. Often it takes sever restarts of the car and very firmly pushing the shift into park in order to free the key.. I received an unsatisfactory excuse for fixing the problem. Because it did not happen all of the time. I am considering taking the truck to an Albany dealer.
I have a very nice 1996 Chevy Impala SS that needed a flush of the cooling system. I came to Whalen Chevrolet for a BG flush. As I arrived, in their parking lot, a plastic tee in one of the heater hoses burst. Whalen replaced the tee fitting and did the flush ... got the car back later the same day. Go Whalen !!!
I counted on the previous reviews when first going into this dealership. I am very happy to say that I will be continuing my business with Wedekind! The day I went in to meet with salesman Felice, him and the rest of his team were a great weight lifted off my shoulders. Everyone in the facility worked as hard as they could to make sure I left in a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. What only made it better is that it was the exact car I wanted and they worked with me on the payments to get me where I wanted to be. I would and do recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you again Felice and the rest of the team for all the amazing work.

First off I'd like to say that everyone I had contact with during the purchase of my vehicle was top notch. I was disgruntled with the way things were not going with another dealership and figured I'd check around to see who else might have what I was looking for. Finding the right truck online at 5 am and leaving an online message, I didn't expect much. I was contacted promptly that morning (even earlier then I expected) and everything went smoothly from there forward. My salesman (Bob Neet) took care of everything and didn't make anything feel rushed or pressured. Being able to drive home with my new vehicle that night was awesome. The cleaning and detail as they readied it was great. Thank you everyone there for keeping simple and making it happen. I'll be back.
