Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!

The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.
Was approached by Freddy when we came to the dealer. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. He was helpful and easy to deal with. Time spent at the dealer was shorter than I had anticipated for the purchase of a new vehicle. I absolutely love my 2019 Forester!!
I was seeking a newer used Silverado with several specific wants and needs. I located the best choice at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC (700 miles from my home in NC). Shawn worked with me several days (via text, email & calls) to complete the deal and answered all my questions regarding making a long distance purchase from out of state. Travis advised me regarding resolving some special financial arrangements that had to be completed at my end. When I arrived to pick up the Silverado, I was greeted by Shawn and a dealership of very friendly outgoing and courteous people. The truck was ready and waiting. The final paperwork for the purchase was completed and every thing was good-to-go. It it was a smooth process and I am completely pleased with the truck. I would recommend Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC to buyers... local or long distance.
Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.
It's been our experience over many years in dealing with Profile Motors that they always go above and beyond to satisfy our needs and wants. Our salesperson showed us sincere appreciation for our continued loyalty. We find that dealing with other staff at Profile Motors to also be extremely enjoyable.
! Extremely accommodating, patient, and so personable. Everyone there from my sales person (Jason), the manager (Lou), and the finance person (Sandra) were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were totally transparent and honest throughout the entire transaction. I will definitely be a life-long Ocean Honda of Weymouth customer. You MUST give them a try. I'm constantly trading in and out of cars and have dealt with many other dealerships, Air Force veteran (so I've been around), and trust me, you'll be a customer for life. If for any reason you're not hitting it off with your sales person, see Lou - he will make everything right, he always does!
