They are very understanding of your finances and they work with you. They keep you in touch throughout the whole process. I bought a car from them and I love in another state. They took the time to bring it to me in Georgia instead of me having to take time out of my schedule to come get it. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.
I started with an online request for information on a Tacoma and was connected with Gary Purvis. Gary was quick to contact me and was able to answer all my questions related to the truck as well as financing. Sonny offered me a great deal that I wasn't able to turn down and no other dealership could come close to what they were offering. Gene in finance was also great to work with. I ordered a new 2018 Traverse and it was lost in transit. Mike Phelps did not know what had happen and then found out it had been damaged after days of tracing it down. Thomas Clayton was the salesman and was great to work with. He did an outstanding job to make the deal go smoothly. I feel Chevrolet should have offered something for having to wait days to find out the new Traverse had been damaged. It was luck that Mike Phelps found another one since the Cajun Red was hard to find and that is why I had to order one and wait weeks only to find out it had been damaged in transit and not knowing if I would be able to get one before months later. That was the only disappointing part of the transaction. .

I purchases 2013 Chevy Impala in April during a sale they were running--the experience overall was good though took MUCH longer than I would have liked. They got me into a vehicle I love in almost the payment I wanted and expected. My only complaint is the follow up after sale--the day I took delivery there was no key fob for the auto start and doors but I was told it was locked up and would be mailed. I called a week later and was told nope, they sell used and don't have one but I can have one made. After THAT I was told (again) by the finance manager that he would have one made for me and let me know when it would be ready--a month later I am still waiting with no response and when I call sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that I will be called back. The other issue is with my permanent tag--there mine temp expires in less than a week and I am going out of town for a wedding--I called and was told that there was an issue with DMV (an old one that was taken care of over a year ago and, in faxt, I had renewed a different registration last wqeek) and told Melissa this who said they run into this fromk time to time but would get it resolved before I left town and call back...again, no go. I would recommend for price but for follow up and service I would prefer to go elsewhere
A Ford dealership on Rt 95 in Kenly that deals honestly and with integrity. Using cars.com I found the 2016 Mustang covertible with the color and options I was looking for. I contacted Joe Husick, their internet sales person as I'm located an hour away from Kenly Ford. Joe quickly responded to my email answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed my trade and what it would be valued at.
I drove to Kenly to see the car and it was exactly how Joe described it. He offered me the value we discussed for my trade and I bought the car on the spot. The folks at Kenly are honest and nice people. It was well worth my drive and I would look at Kenly in the future for my cars.
My Mustang convertible puts a big smile on my face every time I drive it and it didn't cost me a fortune.
