He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!

I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
Saw the truck online. Drove 2 hours to test drive it. My salesman,Kevin, didn’t pressure me to buy it that day. Most sales people do. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product they were selling. John was very helpful through the process. The best part was that there were no games being played like some other dealers.
We were "car sighting" and we wanted to check out the KIA. I was not 100% for a KIA buy my husband said there are a lot on the road, it has a 100,000 mile warranty, and right now we can get 125% of value of our existing vehicle. Great day and great people, drove home in a new 2018 KIA Sportage. I feel good in it. Wish it got little better mpg, but I'll live!!!
The customer service with Tirk was great. I came in just to get an idea of what I wanted. He was not pushy in any way. He just answered my questions and allowed me to test the cars I was interested in. The buying process was simple and not stressful.
