Was just out and about checking into Subaru after reading consumer reports, Steven greeted me and was a big help in me deciding what I want to do. He answered all my questions and was not pushy like so many other sales man. I haven't decided what to buy just yet, but when I'm ready I'll be buying from Steven at Bill Bryan Subaru.
This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I have to say I had an amazing experience! My sales consultant was Chaz McCord, he was very honest and polite and extremely helpful with this whole process I drove off in the 2017 Chevy equinox the next day after coming by to look at it!!! I will most defiantly recommend George Nahas Chevrolet to all of my friends and family!!!
I needed a car after my car broke down and it wasn't worth the cost to fix. I dealt with Chris at the Tavares location. Price was an important issue in my case and Chris made a suggestion about one of the cars on the lot. I searched all their cars online overnight and read all the Carfax records for all of them. I ended up with the same opinion about which car I thought seemed like the best deal in my price range. I appreciated that he pointed me to that particular vehicle as he could easily have pointed me to something else. I would do business with them again.
Within an hour or so I had the vehicle in my hands. Never have I purchased a vehicle so fast with so little work in my part. With the help of Ron I???m a satisfied costumer for the 2nd time through Don Mealey and their staff.
My wife and I went in to test drive a couple cars, Gustavo met with us wasnt the 'typical' salesman. He was patient, professional and no BS. We left with a new truck at or below what I was willing to pay. I would reccomend Gus and Don Mealey to anyone looking to buy a car. Marc the finance manager was also extremely easy to work with.

Jeremy Noles and Mark Anglin was very professional and helpful.They both worked patiently with my husband and I in our decision making.Jeremy wasn't pushy and his personality was wonderful. I have purchased 2 new card in my life and no one was as positive and professional as Mr. Noles and Mr. Anglin. I had a wonderful experience.
I had a friend with me and we had visited another nearby dealership and had a completely different experience. Christian answered all questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. He was very polite and professional during the entire process. It was also nice to have 1 person to deal with and avoided the TO manager hand off!
An overall positive experience. However I would like to make a suggestion or two. I left my car off and the shuttle took me home. Later that afternoon I got a call saying that they were ready to pick me up. When I arrived back at the dealer I saw the service adviser she said that the car wasn't ready yet. Huh? She said the reason I was picked up was so the shuttle driver could be off the clock at 4 PM. I guess their priority isn't with the customer. So I end up waiting over an hour for them to finish. Had I been told the car wasn't ready yet I would have told them to have the shuttle driver come pick me up sometime tomorrow at their convenience. That hour that I waited could have been well spent at home completing a project that I was heavily involved in. Item 2: A Coke and snack machine would be a great idea in the waiting area. My waiting time started at 4 PM where there was only 1/3rd of a donut available...and water.
We went into the Mullinax Ford Apopka location after visiting numerous Ford dealers in the Central Florida area. Our sales consultant Jose Burgos listened to our request and for found that specific vehicle we wanted with little time wasted, after other dealers couldn’t. Jose went above and beyond working with us and as my wife said, this has the best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle, you’ll want to go to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and ask for request Jose!

After a week of looking for a used truck and coming up disappointed by the deceptive pictures online and non professional people we dealt with, we finally found a truck we liked online based on price and the pictures provided on the Plaza Chrysler Dodge website.
Although we live in Clearwater, we decided to take the 1.5 hour drive hoping the truck would be what we expected. The trip was worth it in SO many ways. Not only was the truck nicer in person but the sales woman, Christina Finch was such a refreshing pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. No trying to steer us into a higher priced truck. She could not have been nicer and more professional from the moment we arrived until we left, with the truck, 2.5 hours after thier normal 6pm closing time on a Saturday night. Mr. Orr was also so accomodating as he also remained to complete the paperwork in order for us to leave with the truck that evening.
The dealership itself was beautiful, clean and very professional. We are so glad we took the drive and would do it again in a heart beat if we are ever in the market for another vehicle.
