My experience was amazing! I dont have good credit, and was nervous, but everyone was so friendly and down to earth it made my car buying experience so much fun! Im in love with my suv (nissan rogue.) Randy really took the time to work with me and explain things, were upfront and honest, and i feel i got a very good deal. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Randy was amazing, and I feel they are prob all great, was up there for 2 hrs and talked casually with most the guys there and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I'm an EXTREMELY happy customer!
As most car buyers, I was questioning my decision about which vehicle to purchase. Brandon spent a lot of time with us one day working numbers while his co workers entertained our 5 yr old! Then we left to test drive a vehicle somewhere else, to make sure I didn't like it better! We were pleasantly surprised when Brandon offered to meet us on his day off to make the deal happen (the only day my husband and I have off together). After receiving horrible customer service at Coughlin Toyota in Heath, Brandon was the light at the end of the tunnel! lol Thanks for your hard work and great customer service!
My experience started out good. The car salesman was great. Then everything went downhill. The guy who does the paperwork seemed upset when I didn't get any additional warranties. I thought my car would be washed and have a full tank of gas before I left, but I was wrong. Also I was forced to pay for a temporary license plate because no one could get the screws out of my old license plate. This was just a ploy to get more money from me. When I mentioned all my problems in emails I was ignored. When I tried to call them, I was left on hold or hung up on and no one ever called me back. Once you pull off the lot, they don't care about you anymore. I would not recommend anyone to buy a new or used vehicle from them.

I shopped around several other dealers honda, toyota, etc. before stopping at a Taylor/Nissan dealership and I can honestly say that they're sales team ( Mike Vidmar) was awesome. They were completely honest with me about what my payments would be giving me a ball park number that was only off by a few dollars even before checking my credit. Getting approved was extremely easy. I am extremely impressed with their service and friendliness. I will definitely be going back any time I purchase a new vehicle.

This was a nice place to buy a used car. They let me test drive the car on my own. They provided all of the information I asked for. They were reasonable when it came to negotiating the final price. My biggest critique is that when it came to doing the paperwork, they pushed pretty hard to sell several types of additional coverage. Be strong and direct with your position and they pretty quickly reduced the prices of the coverages. Overall this was generally a good experience. Also Licking County has a relatively low sale tax especially if you’re coming from Columbus. The drive is definitely worth the effort.

Our 2015 Explorer stared exhibiting electrical system issues and then wouldn't start. Don Wood Ford scheduled us immediately and diagnosed the problem as a bad battery instead of something more serious (and expensive). So, we'll just add this to the list of positive experiences. It gives us great piece of mind to know that they're there for us in emergencies as well as routine maintenance!
Needed warranty work completed. Required leaving vehicle for two days. Coughlins provided shuttle service to and from Chillicothe. Repairs were completed professionally and without any cost to me. Highly recommend this dealer for sales, repairs or just plain window shopping if your in the market for a new or used vehicle.
