Dealer Warranty Repair for my 2012 Silverado Truck

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!

I went to Jim Murphy in Springville to trade in my 10 yr old Tahoe for a Silverado. I worked with Mike Evans and not only did I get a new Silverado but he was able to get me into a new Z71 and stayed $30 below budget. Mike made the whole buying experience enjoyable and pain free. I spent a total of about three hours at the dealership and was on my way home. I would highly recommend these guys over any large store.
I was not happy with my dealings with Paddock. I went in to look at a specific car, was contacted to verify that morning if I was still coming in, and when I got there was told the car was already sold. I should have been contacted regarding this!
I came to trade in my car and lease a new one. The service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and they went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. They worked with me to get the monthly payment I was comfortable with.. very pleasant experience overall and I am very happy with the car!
Great expierecnce from the minute I drove on the lot until I drove off the lot with my new car. Salesman terrific, sales manager terrific even Mr Heinrich stopped by, everyone could not have been more polite and offered coffee, water even popcorn.
Jerry knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it very quickly. The entire process went very smoothly thanks to his expertise.
