I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2016 Corvette Z51 convertible from Wheels by RT. Brian was my salesman, super friendly and always available to take my calls. Terry is the finance manager that handled all my finance needs.
I picked the car on the internet, and completed the financing too. The whole process took 24 hours! Amazing customer service! Beautiful dealership too. My wife and I flew from Spokane WA to Chicago, then took a pleasant one hour bus ride to Rockford, where Brian picked us up. The car is everything I had imagined, and then some!. I would give this dealership more than five stars!
I was hesitant at first, because I was not greeted in the parking lot. So I went inside and talked with a older gentleman, he was not pushy and seemed very nice. He was somewhat informative, he let me take the car for a test drive with no DL. I would of liked to get the price down a little more, but they di amount for it! South Beloit
The first time I arrived I was treated like a customer already I was welcomed my the car salesman Carl with a warm smile and positive attitude he allowed me to test drive the car of my choice with any hassle of asking me my credit score or any personal information that will either qualify me for the car or not qualify ..it didn't matter he gave me a choice to test drive and that was the best feeling ever being comfortable while shopping ...great people..great buy...great customer service and most of all great Car¿¿
First time here. Glad they had Saturday hours for service and lots of available time slots when I called 10 days before. Shane, a service advisor, was ready to help me as soon as I pulled into the Service Dept. He greeted me right away, was friendly and dressed appropriately. Before I left the area, he plugged a device into the driver area and started evaluating my Regal right away. Shane could tell me immediately that one of my brake taillights was out. He told me he would order the part for the light repair so that this problem can be resolved. He informed me the oil change would take about 45 minutes and he was correct - if not a little bit earlier. The waiting area was clean and there was a water cooler (free), coffee, as well as vending machines. There was also a TV with cable or satellite. In a corner was also a desk and chair - could not tell if there used to be a PC for customer use or not. Overall, very pleased with my first (and certainly not last) service appointment here at Finley Buick GMC. And thank you, Shane. P.S. I received a telephone message yesterday - only 3 days later - informing me my taillight part was in stock so the repair could be scheduled and completed. Nice job! They do what they say they promise. Would have liked a car wash - always got one when I've taken my car to a dealership for service - but maybe they don't offer that.
There's no dealer I would take my Terrain for service other than Harvard Chevy. They are simply the best overall service and dealer I've ever found.

Bocker always does a great job! The service dept is friendly and professional. Love that they vacuum the interior after an oil change. I've purchased several cars there, and have all service work done there. I trust them to do good work at a reasonable cost.
Super to deal with! I shopped for a car for my sister. I've never personally dealt with a car salesman before, and I was wary of being taken advantage of, and thought it would be difficult to get a good deal. Nothing could be further from the truth! Not only was I treated more than fairly and respectfully, I absolutely know we got a great deal! I will certainly think of them first for my next purchase, even though we live hours away. I have seen and been closely connected to others who were taken advantage of at other dealerships, and boy, a dealership I can trust is more than worth the trip!
I had an issue with a piece of metal puncturing the tire and causing a flat. Due to the size of the puncture, I knew that it would not be able to be patched. I called and inquired about a replacement tire with April who confirmed that they had a replacement in stock. I stopped in that night at 6 pm to have the tire replaced and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Exceptional service from all involved. Much Appreciated!

This was a fast easy experience. Tim answered all my questions and was patient with my indecision about what vehicle I wanted to purchase. Tim showed all the features of the vehicle and how to access them. Everything seemed to go smoothly as I was not waiting around long for paperwork or questions to be answered.
