New vehicle purchase experience

Okay, this may be a little long winded but I felt the need to share my experience with Chevy of Murfreesboro. This is the third truck that I have bought from them and this time was different. At first everything was going good, and our salesman was named Brandon and he was good and Lawrence was really good, but then things start to get very irratating when we had to wait over two hours to get to the finance part. So Lawrence steps in and gives me a free tank of gas for our trouble, I was very appreciative of this as it was probably a $60 value. When we finally get to the financing part, we purchase the permaplate and set up a date to get it done the following week. By the way, I apologigize that I cannot remember his name, but he was great once we got in to see him. so our experience was good at best. Now here comes the part that I am not happy about, yesterday my wife; on her day off, took my truck up to the dealership 0800 in the morning to drop the the truck off and we were told when we purchased the truck that we would have a loaner vehicle. Well this is the crappy part of how it worked and this was not explained. I guess they expect us just to know this because we buy trucks everyday. When my wife got there first thing the stupid service door slams don on my truck bed rails. Thankfully, no damage was done. Then my wife has to wait for 50 minutes before the Enterprise, yes you heard me right, Enterprise company representative arrives with the ???loaner??? car. Wait, what? Nobody said anything about getting rental car from Enterprise. They should have explained this but they failed to do so at time of purchase. This Is a crappy way to deal with a customer who just bought a $60k vehicle from you. Now I would like to add, that I had to stop by the dealer last weekend to pick up something I had left in my old truck and really felt like I wasn???t even a customer, I felt like we were being a bother to them and did not feel like I was treated like a customer who just bought an expensive truck from them, like almost they were done and kinda like go away we are done with you type attitude. I could understand this if they were busy but there was not a lot of selling going during the time we were there that Saturday morning. Other than these things that we were not happy with, I will say I am very happy with my truck, I just think that when you buy a few vehicles from them you should be treated like a repeat customer or maybe next I will consider going somewhere else.
