Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.
I was seeking a newer used Silverado with several specific wants and needs. I located the best choice at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC (700 miles from my home in NC). Shawn worked with me several days (via text, email & calls) to complete the deal and answered all my questions regarding making a long distance purchase from out of state. Travis advised me regarding resolving some special financial arrangements that had to be completed at my end. When I arrived to pick up the Silverado, I was greeted by Shawn and a dealership of very friendly outgoing and courteous people. The truck was ready and waiting. The final paperwork for the purchase was completed and every thing was good-to-go. It it was a smooth process and I am completely pleased with the truck. I would recommend Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC to buyers... local or long distance.
First time visiting the dealership. Everyone was friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. They did try to push the complimentary donuts on us! We looked at three different used vehicles and Kyler helped point out the good and bad features on each one. We test drove two of the GMC's and decided right then which one we wanted. We are very happy with the vehicle and would definitely recommend them even though they are about an hour from us.

The salesman, Shawn, was very personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and didn???t waste my time. All of the staff at Bidleman were attentive to their customers, you could tell that they were all working hard as they were running around the dealership. I walked in at 9 AM on a Saturday and left the same day with a new car. I would highly recommend these people. They???re an honest, no bull dealer.
I was nearing the end of the lease on my 2015 Silverado. I had been shopping around endlessly, talking to every dealer you could imagine. I touched base with every local dealer; I live in the Tonawanda area. Every single one I spoke with, they were very pushy and was trying to close the deal as fast as they could. Not the beautiful people I worked with at Bidleman. They listened to everything I had to say and made sure the deal was what I wanted. Sam, Scott, Travis, and Jenn were terrific throughout the whole process. They were able to answer any questions I had. They care about their customers, and it shows as they will do whatever they need to make sure you leave more than satisfied. I was able to get a better-equipped truck for far less money than every other competitor. For all the reasons stated I would gladly make the hour drive whenever I need a new vehicle. Highly recommend
Matt Farnes was the salesman who took care of me. I talked to him quite a bit on the phone, and via text. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. A salesman at another dealership was too busy to handle the sale. When you are buying a $60,000 truck, you expect to have an attentive and knowledgeable sales professional to work with you, and Matt was just that. I cannot say enough about how good he is. I first spoke to him in the morning, and I drove my new truck home that afternoon. The other dealership lost out, and I don't even think they care. I will definitely recommend Van Bortel Chevy to family, friends, and co-workers. Good people who care about what they do. Thanks!
My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
Had a great experience working with Lionel and Hartway Motors. Very nice facility with very personal employees and salesman. They made it very easy to purchase my truck even living over an hour away. I would recommend them to anyone!!
Worked with Lionel. As I had to travel about an hour to the dealership I greatly appreciated the fact that they would work with me to find a deal the allowed everyone to be satisfied. Lionel was available but did not apply the pressure tactics. Nice to feel like a customer and not a number or piece of meat. Will definitely look to Hartway in the future. Well done.
