Scheduled service online, which is easiest for me, rec'd a confirmation email a few days before appt, arrived and in and out very quickly. Will continue having my car serviced there. Very friendly people.

My man bought a 2019 Cherokee Jeep. I was so impressed with his Jeep, the next week I bought me a 2019 Jeep. Jasper Whitaker, the salesman was quick and done everything possible to get us approved. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
My visit and purchase of a Vehicle at Joe Peachless Automotive was Amazing. I was taken care of by Stanley Whitaker. I was very well satisfied with the detail and information i was given on the car. I was also well please with the time that it took for the purchasing process. I am well pleased with my purchase.
Recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from this dealership on May 1st and the service department didn't do a proper service to the car. About a month later the car was completely out of oil. Next about a month and a half after that, the radiator is cracked. The service department aren't doing they're job as far as making sure you have a properly serviced car when you purchase it. I left the sales manager a message about his service department not servicing the car correctly and have yet to hear from him, Mr Truesblood. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!
I have purchased 3 Honda's from Barbour Hendrick in the past few years. Always had great experiences with the entire staff. Robert Ellsworth, who is no longer there I believe, and Reggie Stevenson - the best there is in my opinion - and all the others that help in the process. I always get a fair price, even if we have to go back and forth for a few days. It's a process and I know that - having had 3 uncles that were either car salesmen or owned their own dealerships when I was much younger!
The service department is top notch as well.
This facility is over an hour away from my house, but it is worth the drive to get a fair price on a car, good service all around.
I ordered a new 2018 Traverse and it was lost in transit. Mike Phelps did not know what had happen and then found out it had been damaged after days of tracing it down. Thomas Clayton was the salesman and was great to work with. He did an outstanding job to make the deal go smoothly. I feel Chevrolet should have offered something for having to wait days to find out the new Traverse had been damaged. It was luck that Mike Phelps found another one since the Cajun Red was hard to find and that is why I had to order one and wait weeks only to find out it had been damaged in transit and not knowing if I would be able to get one before months later. That was the only disappointing part of the transaction. .
MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT WITH CARMAX, THEY SHOW ME GREAT RESPECT.
I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM.
THE SALESMAN THAT ASSIST WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING ME INFORMATION ABOUT PURCHASING A VEHICLE. BRANDON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME IN GETTING IN AND OUT OF MY TRUCK.
Bought a 2014 Camaro and I were completely happy with the service. It was the first new car I had ever bought and thought it would be a difficult process. It turn out to be a breeze and I believe these guys are the best in the business! I would recommend them to anyone.
Process went smoothly, Lisa had already checked out the best height vehicle for me & my needs...Chris kept the ball rolling with letting me test drive the options & the finance officer got the paperwork completely and as smoothly as could be.
