This was my second car purchase at Dahl Ford. My f150 is the first time I bought a Ford, as I have always driven a Toyota.My experience with Don Frett was exceptional. It took me several weeks to make up my mind, and was pleased that Don did not bug me during that time. He let me decide at my own pace. Once I made mind up, Don went out of his way to make sure it was a pleasant experience. The entire crew did a great job during the process to make sure buying was easy.Don was very patient in explaining "ALL" the features of my new truck.
PS...After 5 days I am sure I will enjoy my New F150...Great ride!!
I came in regarding a car that was on cars.com over the weekend. It wasnt available but the sales person that helped me was very nice, not pushy and seemed straight forward. I appreciated being treated with respect and consideration.
I had been searching for a truck for over 2 months, looked at over 350 trucks, 40+ dealerships and then finally found the truck I had been looking for. I called to ensure it was still available. They were able to hold the truck for me for 1 week until I could make it to dealership since I was out of state. The truck was in great condition when I got there and it was a quick buying experience. Dan was a great salesman and was very prompt when answering questions. Highly recommend.
Great customer service and repair! Chris Young is an abosolute professional! Wonderful service repair department! Took the time to fit us in the schedule on a Saturday afternoon to repair our vehicle so we could travel out of town the next day for work. Thank you!
I had called and emailed asking for pictures of a couple vehicles and was told they would get them for me and they never sent anything. I still made the drive to go look at the vehicles and I feel like they gave me a service guy as my salesman. I told him what I was looking for and he had no idea what kind of inventory they had or where the vehicles might be. I ended up driving the same vehicle I drove at a previous dealership. It had more miles and more wear and they still wouldn't come down to the price the other dealership gave me. We did all the negotiations in the waiting room standing because the service guy didn't have a desk. Not impressed at all.
It was a long day, but well worth it thanks to Brian Schauf at Brenengen Chevrolet in Sparta, WI. He is a very knowledgeable sales rep, with a laid back personality. Makes you feel at ease during the long car buying process, and is always sure to keep checking on you even when he is busy! Was my first time buying a newer used car, and Brian made it memorable! ¿ Thanks you Brian! Yaz will be there to see you when she's ready for that car! I appreciate you making the day so fun, and the complementary coffee & cookies is an added bonus!

The guys were not only superb to work with, but they went above and beyond expectations. Shortly after purchase of our van, we had an issue with the AC not only was it taken care of, but they far exceeded expectations in this as well.
We have no problem driving 30+ miles to buy a car knowing that we will be taken care of as well as we have been.
I visited this dealership to review a car seen on Cars.com. Although I live 4 hours from the dealership, I will probably end up buying this or another car from them. They are that good.
Their prices are all "no haggle." so the price you see is the one you will pay. No guessing how much lower they will go. They won't go any lower. This makes the transaction much cleaner and faster.
The staff goes out of their way to be helpful, even if you are just looking, as I was.
The dealership pays their sales staff a salary. Because their is no incentive for them to make the sale, their is no pressure to buy a car. It's a great shopping experience.
I am so vey happy to have purchased my vehicle through Brenengens. My sales person was Steve "Kubby" Kussman, he was wonderful to work with. (VERY FRIENDLY) was not pushy in any way. I had a couple issues after my purchase (which were not serious) but Kubby and Pat McKenna (car manager) took care of them right away. They were so good about it. I was very happy with that. So many other times I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere I had issues with getting help with the vehicle I had purchased, which is the most frustrating thing! I am 3 1/2 hours away from Brenengens , but the next time I am looking for another vehicle, I am going there 1st. I am also letting others know how good they are there. Cindy Schwartz
