Jamie did an outstanding job with our purchase of our new 2018 Kia Optima. The car didn't have remote start and Jamie made all the arrangements to have the remote start installed for me. First time I ever purchased a Kia and am well pleased.

Best bang for your buck...drives just as well as cars twice its price. Love its sleek design, and the steering is a dream. I love this car!
Recently bought a used car and it surprisingly was a great experience. The salesperson was friendly and honest. However, my car did not have a place for my front license plate. The service department did an excellent job. It was a quick and easy fix. Would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Working with John and Travis was great. I had a unique situation with a trade-in and they didn't bat an eye. I also knew exactly what car I wanted and they didn't try to upsell me on other vehicles. The process was painless. They were transparent with the pricing which was helpful. The great was in great shape and had multiple repairs done before being listed for sale. I found a few minor things during a test drive and they agreed to fix these without any hesitation. You can tell that they have a lot of fun in the office and enjoy what they do. It was refreshing to deal with real people. I would highly recommend!

I've only had it two days but I am pleased with the performance. The ride is nice and the gas mileage seems to be good.
Kyle Spring and the team at Dave Gill Chevrolet will always have my business when I need a new vehicle simply for the fact that they actually care about there customers and not just about selling vehicles and it???s so obvious.

This is the cruise limited hatchback Premier model with the wide profile tires. It handles extremely well and is quite Pepe even with that small turbo charged engine. Gets great gas mileage and is comfortable
John jessing was an awesome person friendly and outgoing. He made my experience there very comfortable. Helped me get the best deal and stuck by his word.

The car meets most of my needs and has a a nice Eco system(switches to battery when stopped), which gives great gas mileage. The only thing I wish is that the air would still stay full blast while running the battery. Other things I wish it had was an option like my Colbolt that you could charge phone when not running.
Very welcoming staff. Great knowledge of the product they sale, great customer service and the overall buying process was outstanding! My sales person was Robert, even after the sale he made contact with me to followup on things. He did a great job with the sale from start to finish!

It's great so far, but I didn't pay much attention, when I first got it, because I was too excited about getting a newer car.
The interior isn't set up for convenience. Things are really to close together and the console needs less clutter and more space for things like phones,wallets, etc. Again I love my car, just should of looked at it closer instead of being excited to get a newer car.
May advice to anyone looking to get a new car (5 yrs or less) just look for practicality and not looks and grander.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more.
Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.
We took ad with us. They honored it and did not pressure us to buy other services - just explained the other services to us. In and out in less than 2 hours. They also gave us a great rate for 60 months. We would recommend.
Vince and Ryan were both very professional and helpful. It felt like they were trying to get me a vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with, without trying to take advantage. They also offered to fix an issue (missing antenna) on my used vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Definitely will not go anywhere else. Not only was the buying process extremely plesent. I honestly trusted my salesman, James, and all the other staff during the process. I wasn't looking forward to new car shopping experience, but that quickly changed. Now, I love their service department. Scheduling is quick and easy, their customer service is great as well. If you want to feel truly valued as a customer all the way around and not just another sale, this is the place to go. Definitely will be back and telling everyone I know.
