I had a good experience at Northstar Chevrolet. I went in for an oil change, and a rubbing noise. They could not find the rubbing rubbing noise so the manager and the mechanic went with me for a test drive which then I did not hear the rubbing noise anymore so what they were doing must have fixed it.
Everyone was so accommodating with us as we purchased a larger, new family vehicle. Carl was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every new feature of the car to us. He also worked with us as our schedule revolves around our infant and even came in the day he was supposed to go out of town for a family holiday! Low pressure salesman, very laid back atmosphere, reasonable price paid for a 2017 Maxima. They do make good on their promises unlike some other dealers. Reggie Little was especially helpful in the sale. Lance Hartman used car mgr helped me procure an updated NAV memory card expeditiously so there was hardly any inconvenience. Would do business with them again.
I have never had a better experience buying a car. The salesman came highly recommended and he far exceeded my expectation. Buying process was calm. My husband usually gets pretty worked up but our salesman Jason was very nice to deal with. Very polite and informative. Would buy from Jason again. As for the showroom,needs updated. But you don't buy the showroom so it was ok.
I didn’t buy my car there, but they been servicing my 2015 impala. They are good people, and their service center is the best I ever experience, and I been to a lot over the years. Like I said I didn’t buy my car there but I hope to get my next car there. They get an A+ from me.
