I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I've only had it two days but I am pleased with the performance. The ride is nice and the gas mileage seems to be good.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

It's great so far, but I didn't pay much attention, when I first got it, because I was too excited about getting a newer car.
The interior isn't set up for convenience. Things are really to close together and the console needs less clutter and more space for things like phones,wallets, etc. Again I love my car, just should of looked at it closer instead of being excited to get a newer car.
May advice to anyone looking to get a new car (5 yrs or less) just look for practicality and not looks and grander.
I bought a car in July from Bill, didn???t have the best credit, ended up leaving in a nice 2016 Elantra. A week ago I totaled that car so I knew 100% that I was going back to Bill! Today I am leaving in a beautiful 2016 Buick Verano! I couldn???t be happier with the experience and the car! Thanks again bill!! 10/10 recommendation

The car meets most of my needs and has a a nice Eco system(switches to battery when stopped), which gives great gas mileage. The only thing I wish is that the air would still stay full blast while running the battery. Other things I wish it had was an option like my Colbolt that you could charge phone when not running.
Excellent and Trustworthy! I found a great team in sales and service.
Everyone seems to enjoy their job and if they really dislike their job,
they are hiding it very well.

This is the cruise limited hatchback Premier model with the wide profile tires. It handles extremely well and is quite Pepe even with that small turbo charged engine. Gets great gas mileage and is comfortable
Anthony was an awesome help in obtaining our new Jeep! He was easy to work with, friendly, not a typical salesman! He was able to get us to where we wanted to be with payments and we appreciate his efforts! Love our new Jeep Cherokee!

This car meet all the needs of someone constantly on the go. Its so roomy on the inside and the heated seats are to die for on a cold day or after a long night in the in the kitchen at Olive Garden.
Great place to buy a vehicle. I worked with mike he was a great person To deal with . He took me on a great road test answering all my questions about the jeep we were driving. The hole staff went the extra mile to make the experience a great time when buying the jeep I got!!!

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.

Awesome vehicle and definitely a gas saver. Still feels like brand new! Was actually my dream car, feels great to have had accomplished it and proud its chevy.
After shopping for weeks online I went to Abeloff and the rest is history. The contact through email with Maylen was absolutely outstanding and then when we came to the dealership she set us up with Brendon Myers. After a few test drives we found a 2015 Nissan Rogue that we loved. The day I came to pick the car up my salesman Brendon asked if I could hang for a few minutes because they decided to put new tires on the vehicle for me before I took it home for no extra charge. The experience from top to bottom was outstanding and I highly recommend this dealership and Brendon.

They are all friendly, personable, willing to help and answer any questions. They even went the extra mile.... my daughter saw a stuffed Unicorn with a Chevy shirt that they were using to hold onto a phone charging cable.. she's enamored with unicorns. They didn't know were the unicorn came from but when I came in to pick up my plates they had found one and came out with a stuffed unicorn with a Chevy shirt for my daughter! Amazing thoughtfulness!
After dealing with 3 local dealerships and having a terrible experience at two of them, I decided to expand my range a bit. Emailed the dealership to see if they would want me to stop in even though it would be close to their closing time on a Saturday. I received a call from the sales manager Joe and he said if I could get there before closing time he would be happy to assist me and earn my business. I made it there with only 10 minutes to spare. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so I didn't have to test drive and all that. Still took about 2 hours to get out the door with the new car. Some of this was due to the finance person going over all this "extra coverage" that they offer and it sounded like it was included with the purchase of the vehicle to make sure the customer is happy with everything. You find out at the end of the speech that you have to pay for this extra coverage if you want it. Would have saved about 10-15 minutes if they just asked up front if you want their "extended warranty" coverage to which you can just say "no" and move on to the next step. While going through the paperwork process, salesman Shawn went ahead and cleaned up the vehicle and prepped it to go. Signed off on all the paperwork and away I went. Kudos to Shawn and Joe for their professional yet friendly attitude and willingness to help even when it was time for them to leave for the day.
As soon as I met my salesman Adam I felt very comfortable.
We told him what we were looking for , price range, and had the deal.

It was time to turn in our leased car. We mad an appointment with Steve because he had sold us 2 previous cars. We told him what we had in mind for our next car and he pointed us in the right direction. I liked the 2019 Buick Oncore. I test drove it, decided it was the one and Steve took over from there. Again, he made it a fast and painless experience
