Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Joe is dedicated to serving the customer, and it is amazing how easy Joe makes the car buying experience. His knowledge is only exceeded by his commitment to customer service, and, in all, he is prompt, efficient, honest. On our recent purchase, Joe drove more than halfway to Columbus to deliver the vehicle to us -- Joe delivers an easy, positive experience to the onerous task of buying a car. Good experience, only comment would be that my appt. was for 7:30 a.m. however service staff did not arrive until 8:00 a.m. Scheduled early so it wouldn't interfere with work but they did finish within 30 minutes so that was good.

Awesome dealership, I was interested In a vehicle that was already pending a sale, the other person bought the vehicle so I wasn't able to purchase here but very helpful they wasn't to pushy but was willing to help me get the vehicle I wanted no matter where it come from, can't say enough.

I bought a 2011 Cruze from Cole Valley Cadillac in Warren they were very rude and disrespectful to me and I had problems with my check engine light so I ended up going to Cole Valley in Newton Falls they treated me with respect and tried to solve my problem with my check engine light it took a while and several service calls to get it right but so far my check engine light is off and they treated me with respect and kindness at dealership in Newton Falls

Was not happy with customer service. I was not told about the service department and free oil changes. Have no clue about xm radio. Made an appointment to pick up my vehicle a week after I signed my paperwork cause it was not ready that day and during delivery I was handed the keys and told it was out front. There were more than one vehicle that looked like the one I purchased out front. No one walked me to it. I was told to come in two days later to set up everything for my vehicle. I made an appointment for a reason. Now they need the paperwork from my old vehicle which wasn’t discussed. I have been back and forth and have never and to deal with such nonsense and lack of communication.
I did not have an appointment, but had a major issue with my car that couldn't wait. They fit me in with no problem and were finished in one day. They kept me informed every step of the way, and now my car runs great! They even inspected some repair work I had done somewhere else that I was not happy with and told me what I needed to tell that staff to have it corrected when I took it back.
I have been dealing with Midway Chevrolet for over 10 years and know most of the staff. They have always been friendly and courteous. Repairs and service have always been completed in a timely manner. If I had any issues after completion of a repair or service they have worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I have also bought several vehicles from Midway and the sales person I worked with listened to me and found the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price.I will continue to be a Midway customer.
