My experience was amazing! I dont have good credit, and was nervous, but everyone was so friendly and down to earth it made my car buying experience so much fun! Im in love with my suv (nissan rogue.) Randy really took the time to work with me and explain things, were upfront and honest, and i feel i got a very good deal. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Randy was amazing, and I feel they are prob all great, was up there for 2 hrs and talked casually with most the guys there and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I'm an EXTREMELY happy customer!
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
Working with John and Travis was great. I had a unique situation with a trade-in and they didn't bat an eye. I also knew exactly what car I wanted and they didn't try to upsell me on other vehicles. The process was painless. They were transparent with the pricing which was helpful. The great was in great shape and had multiple repairs done before being listed for sale. I found a few minor things during a test drive and they agreed to fix these without any hesitation. You can tell that they have a lot of fun in the office and enjoy what they do. It was refreshing to deal with real people. I would highly recommend!

Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
It's been 30 years since buying from a dealer and having to finance an auto. I forgot how much fun it is... Bought a used 2015 Cruze diesel. I do like this car! After the first week ck engine light showed up. Pulled out the code reader and it was a emissions sensor that failed. Lucky for me it is covered by a special extended factory warranty. Dealer confirmed my findings and ordered replacement. Was given a loaner to drive until new part arrived the next day and was replaced.
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. We were recommend Byers by a teller at our credit agency after having an annoying experience at another dealership. We went in and worked with Tony who took great care of us. They pulled a car for us from another lot in their network since they didn't have what we were looking for in stock and answered all of our questions throughout the process.
It was a far better experience than heading to the other dealerships who tried to cajole us into using their credit options rather than going with the ones we had already set up. We didn't feel pressured here and had a very good experience.
The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more.
Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.
I went in back in August and was very skeptical and thought I could get better deal somewhere else...I soon found out that NOBODY else would give me a chance except for buy here pay here. Which for same payment I now have New dependable car with warranty .These cars are nice there not 10+ years old with 200 thousand miles and its real bank so it will help credit score...I cant even get credit card and Zach got me a car loan. Process is very easy and fast almost seems to good to be true. But 100% legit...Zack and finance was great and would recommend to anyone
Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.
