Angie was helpful with explaining any questions I had and helped me still get into my Jeep when we had a few issues get in the way. She has the best attitude and made the whole process of buying my first car as stress free as she could.
After driving up and down river road looking for a truck for the entire day I decided tocheck out Marketplace Auto. I was plesantly suprised with the quality of their inventory. I have bought a few cars in my life and I always end up spending the day at the dealer. Yesterday was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had an appointment with Michael Cady at 11:45. We ended up getting there almost an hour early and he was ready to help. The car was in great condition except for a couple deep scratches and dents on the back bumper. Michael and his boss explained to me that they would fix it at no cost. The price on the vehicle was amazing to start and the price they offered for my car was great also. My husband and I were out of the dealership in 3 hours. Michael Cady made this car buying experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend Jet Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used car.
Excellent buying experience. Worth the drive from all the way down in Portland. Worked very hard to find me the best deal on my trade. Matt and Todd were friendly and worked with me until well after closing time.

Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
Did what they needed to do when they said they would do it. Took less time than estimated. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either, just what was required.
